While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation army committed three massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing at least 45 civilians and injuring over 77 others, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

'Hamas condemns Israeli raid on Lebanon

Tuesday 30-July-2024

DOHA, (PIC)

'Hamas Movement strongly condemned on Tuesday the Israeli air raid on Lebanon that targeted a Hezbollah party headquarters in southern Beirut earlier today killing and wounding a number of innocent civilians.

'Hamas described the raids in a press release as a “serious escalation”, and declared “full solidarity” with Lebanon and Hizbullah.

Isma'eel Haniyya's journey of Resistance: From exile to martyrdom

By Al Mayadeen English

Wednesday, July 31, 2024

Providing an exemplary model of Resistance, from student activism to heading Hamas' political bureau, Isma'eel Haniyya is martyred and joins the list of leaders who sacrificed everything for Palestine.

Isma'eel Haniyya was martyred earlier this morning, on July 31, 2024, in an airstrike on his residence in Tehran.

The 'Hamas Resistance movement mourned on Wednesday the martyrdom of the head of its political bureau and leader, Isma'eel Haniyya, in a "treacherous Zionist strike" and assassination targeting his place of residence in Tehran, Iran. Haniyeh was in the country participating in the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Iranian president.

Isma'eel Haniyya was born in the al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza, on May 23, 1963, after his parents were displaced from Asqalan during the 1948 Nakba

He received his degree in Arabic Literature in 1987 from the Islamic University, then earned his doctorate from his alma mater in 2009.

Political activism

Haniyya's political activism began within the Islamic Bloc, the student branch of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Gaza Strip, from which the 'Hamas Resistance movement was born.

He was a member of his university's student council between 1983 and 1984, then acted as its president the following year.

In 1989, Isma'eel Haniyya was arrested by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) for three years, then was exiled to the town of Marj al-Zuhur by the Lebanese-Palestinian border, alongside a group of 'Hamas leaders.

Following a year in exile, Haniyya returned to Gaza and was appointed as the dean of the Islamic University.

In 1997, he was appointed as the head of the bureau of Hamas founder, Sheikh Ahmad Yassine, following his release from Israeli detention. He was later voted as the leader of the movement in Gaza, following the martyrdom of its previous leader, Dr. Abdul Azeez Al-Ranteesi, in 2004.

In December 2005, he headed the "Change and Reform" list, which won the second legislative Palestinian elections in 2006, with a majority vote. Shortly after, on February 16, 2006, he was nominated to take over the position of prime minister in Palestine and was officially instated on the 20th of the same month.

In May 2017, he succeeded Khalid Mish'al to be the head of Hamas' Political Bureau.

Isma'eel Haniyya has been a target of multiple political assassination attempts, the latest being in 2003, when the Israeli occupation launched an airstrike against a group of Resistance leaders following a martyrdom operation carried out by al-Qassam Brigades.

Operation Al-Aqsa Flood

When Hamas launched Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, a cheerful Haniyya appeared in a broadcast video, alongside several of the movement's leaders, from his Doha office. He had been following reports of the fighters of the Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam, the military wing of Hamas, seizing Israeli military vehicles, before leading a prayer to "thank God for this victory."

On April 10, six of Haniyya's family members, including three of his sons and a number of his grandchildren, were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting their car, after they had taken it to drive around the Al-Shati refugee camp and celebrate with its residents in the spirit of 'Eidul Fitr.

On June 24, 10 of his family members, including his sister, were killed in an Israeli attack that deliberately targeted their home in Al-Shati refugee camp.

Amid their martyrdom, Haniyya said, "Nearly 60 of my family members rest as martyrs, like the children of Palestine, they are no different," adding that the occupation thinks targeting the sons of Resistance leaders would break the will of the people of Palestine.

'We declare victory'

"My sons' and grandchildren's blood is not more precious than the Palestinian people's children's," Haniyya said when his family members were murdered by "Israel", thanking God for the "honor" he was generously awarded, upon their martyrdom.

In a speech he gave in 2014, blasting the ongoing siege on the Gaza Strip, the martyred leader said, "We are a people who declare victory should you declare a siege upon us. If you wish to break the will of Gaza and its people, then [know that] we only kneel before God. Every decision-maker, inside and outside Palestine, should grasp the message of our people: We are a people that cherish death the way our enemies cherish life, we cherish martyrdom on the path of our leaders the way others cherish political offices. Take all the offices you wish and give us our nation."

“We extend our condolences to his family and the people of Palestine,” Pakistan’s foreign ministry said in a statement.

It added, “Pakistan condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations including extrajudicial and extraterritorial killings irrespective of the motives.”

“We are deeply shocked by the timing of this reckless act, coinciding with the inauguration of the President of Iran, an event attended by several foreign dignitaries, including the Deputy Prime Minister of Pakistan,” the statement said.

“Pakistan views with serious concern the growing Israeli adventurism in the region. Its latest acts constitute a dangerous escalation in an already volatile region and undermine efforts for peace,” the ministry statement concluded.
