While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

The Palestinian factions reject any plans to deploy international forces in Gaza

Saturday 6-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Palestinian national and Islamic action factions affirmed their strong rejection of any statements or plans that involve the deployment of any international forces in the Gaza Strip.

In a statement on Saturday, the factions called on the Arab countries to work seriously to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people, their resources and sanctities, and to reject and confront any proposals that would diminish their rights, dignity and sovereignty over their land.

The Palestinian factions considered that the presence of any international force inside the Gaza Strip is a form of occupation and imposition of guardianship, which they completely reject.

They called for adopting the Palestinian position demanding the complete withdrawal of the occupation and enabling the Palestinian people to fully regain their legitimate rights and their right to self-determination.

Previously, Hamas, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and the Resistance Committees had separately expressed their rejection of any proposal for the deployment of international forces in the Gaza Strip, stressing that the future of the Strip is to be decided by the Palestinian people.

These positions came after the statements of the Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, in which he expressed his support for deploying an international force in the Gaza Strip by a UN resolution to support what he called the Palestinian Authority.

'Hamas rejects any plan for post-war Gaza that bypasses the Palestinian people’s will

Friday 5-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

“We, the Islamic Resistance Movement – 'Hamas, affirm our rejection of any plans, projects, or proposals that seek to bypass the Palestinian will regarding the future of the Gaza Strip. We also reject any statements or positions that support plans to bring foreign forces into the Strip under any name or justification,” a statement for Hamas on Friday said.

It added, “The administration of the Gaza Strip after repelling this fascist aggression is a purely Palestinian matter, agreed upon by our Palestinian people in all their diversity. They will not allow guardianship or the imposition of any external solutions or equations that detract from their principles based on their absolute right to gain freedom and self-determination.”

“We call on all Arab and Islamic countries to pressure the cessation of the Zionist genocide against our Palestinian people and provide all means of support and assistance in their struggle to defend their existence on their land, and to fulfill their commitments towards our people, their land, and the Islamic and Christian holy sites, which are being desecrated by the fascist settler criminal gangs,” the Hamas statement concluded.

For its part, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) stressed its rejection of the deployment of international forces in Gaza, affirming that the Palestinian people, and none else, would decide the future of Gaza.

The PFLP said in a statement on Friday that it absolutely rejects the statement by Saudi foreign minister Faisal bin Farhan that supported the deployment of international troops in Gaza.

It said that Arab and foreign efforts should focus instead on halting the Israeli aggression on the besieged enclave, return of the displaced, reconstruction of the Strip, and ending the siege.

Saturday 6-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Five Palestinian journalists were martyred in two Israeli airstrikes in less than 12 hours in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp and Gaza City.

IOFs deliberately kill Palestinian police officers to create chaos in Gaza Strip

Saturday 6-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The General Directorate of Police in the Gaza Strip accused the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) of seeking to create chaos through repetitive targeting of police officers.

The Police Directorate said that Israeli warplanes targeted this morning a police foot patrol at Tel Al-Sultan neighborhood police station, west of the Rafa'h, including the director of the police station, Colonel Faris Abdul 'Aal, while they were on duty.

The police announced the martyrdom of Abdul 'Aal and three policemen, in addition to the injury of eight police officers.

The police condemned the Israeli attack, dubbing it a crime and an explicit violation of the international law.

“The IOFs are seeking to create chaos in the Gaza Strip and eliminating any kind of regime manifestations,” noting that hundreds of policemen and officers have been killed since the beginning of the aggression, while they were fulfilling their humanitarian duty to help citizens.

The Police Directorate in Gaza renewed its appeal to the international community to pressure the IOF to stop targeting the Police General Directorate and its employees as it is a civilian apparatus that provides public services to people under all circumstances and should be protected by the international law.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in Ghazza (Gaza) by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

On July 6, 2024, Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli genocidal air strikes and bombardment on Gaza Strip resulted in 3 massacres, in which 29 Palestinian civilians were killed, and the 100 others were injured, in the past 24 hours. This increased the accounted for death toll in Gaza Strip to 38,098 and the injuries to 87,705, since the start of the Israeli genocidal war on October 7, 2023.

Gaza: Death toll surges to 38,098 martyrs

Saturday 6-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The health ministry in Gaza said on Saturday that the Israeli occupation army committed three massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing at least 29 civilians and injuring over 100 others, while a large number of victims are still under the rubble of bombed buildings or lying on roads.

In a statement, the health ministry said that the Israeli army killed and injured a large number of civilians in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, but at least 129 of them, including 29 martyrs, were transported to hospitals.

The health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 38,098 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 87,705 people.

In a related context, Gaza’s health ministry has appealed anew to the UN to urgently provide its vital medical facilities with their fuel needs to operate power generators, warning that many departments at the remaining operational hospitals stopped working as a result of the fuel crisis.

The Gaza Strip has been under brutal bombardment since a cross-border operation was launched by Hamas’s armed wing, al-Qassam Brigades, on October 7.

Besides the large number of casualties and the huge displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have run out for the 2.3 million residents in Gaza due to the tight Israeli blockade and the massive destruction of infrastructure and facilities.

Israeli airstrikes on school-turned-shelter in Nuseirat kill 16 Palestinians, injure 50 others

GAZA, Saturday, July 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli airstrikes on a school-turned-shelter in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip today killed at least 16 Palestinians and injured about 50 others, according to local sources.

They said that Israeli fighter jets targeted al-Ja‘ouni School sheltering displaced persons in the camp, killing at least 16 people, some of whom were dismembered, and injuring about 50 others, mostly children and women.

They added that this was the second time for the school to be bombarded since the onset of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza on October 7.

Meanwhile, another airstrike targeted a gathering of people in Al-Sikka area, east of Jabalya, in the northern Strip, killing a person and injuring others.

Israeli occupation forces also bombarded the vicinity of Al-Abrar Mosque in the Gaza city neighborhood of Al-Zaytoun, killing a person and injuring another, at a time when Israeli artillery shelled the area to the east of the power plant and to the north of Al-Buraij refugee camp.

In the meantime, emergency and rescue teams managed to retrieve the bodies of seven people, including those of two ladies, in Rafa'h, and transfer them to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younus.

Israel has proceeded with its genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip in complete disregard of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafa'h, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, killing at least 38,098 Palestinians and injuring over 87,705 others.

Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Illegal Israeli settlers set fire to agricultural lands in northeast of Ramallah

RAMALLAH, Saturday, July 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers set fire today to agricultural lands in the town of Turmus 'Aya, located northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security sources.

The sources informed WAFA that colonists ignited fires that engulfed dozens of dunums planted with olive trees in the plains of Turmus 'Aya, along the road linking the town with the neighboring village of Al-Mughayir.

For months, the illegal Israeli settlers have forcibly prevented local Palestinian citizens from accessing their own lands in the vicinity of the town, leading to overgrowth of weeds in the olive groves. This overgrowth contributed to the rapid spread of the fire.

Palestinian family forced to demolish own home in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), Saturday, July 6, 2024 (WAFA) –

This evening, Israeli occupation authorities compelled the Qanbar family to self-demolish their home in the neighborhood of Jabal Mukaber, Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), citing unauthorized construction.

Recently, the Israeli municipality imposed a hefty fine on the Qanbar family before issuing a final demolition order for their six-year-old home, where seven people reside.

In an attempt to avoid a financial penalty of 80,000 shekels (equal to $21,500), the family undertook the demolition themselves rather than face the destruction by Israeli bulldozers.

According to a report from the Jerusalem Governorate for the past year, Israeli authorities have carried out 292 demolition operations in the Jerusalem Governorate, including 73 structures that owners were forced to demolish.

Meanwhile, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority says that Israeli authorities demolished 318 structures in the occupied West Bank during the first half of 2024 and issued demolition notices for another 359 structures. Additionally, approximately 10,000 trees were uprooted.
