While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Renewed US attacks target different sites in northern Yemen

Sunday 13-April-2025

SANA’A, (PIC)

The US army carried out 10 airstrikes in different areas of northern Yemen late Saturday night, targeting multiple sites, Yemen’s Al-Masirah satellite channel reported.

The strikes reportedly hit Al-Salim district in northern Sa'ada province, Al-Muneera district in western Hodeida province, and the vocational institute in as-Sawma’ah district of central Al-Baydha province.

No casualties have been reported so far.

Earlier on Saturday, Al-Masirah channel said that a US airstrike targeted a telecommunications network in Al-Bura district in Hodeida province.

On Friday morning US warplanes carried out attacks on residential and agricultural areas in Yemen’s capital, Sana’a, causing considerable damage to public and private property.

Yemen’s armed forces announced on Friday that their drone unit carried out a precise military operation targeting two Israeli military sites in Tel Aviv. The strikes were conducted using two “Yafa” drones.

Spokesman for the armed forces Ye'hya Saree' said that the ongoing US aggression against Yemen would not deter their support for Gaza.

“We will continue to fulfill our duty towards the steadfast people of Gaza until the aggression ends and the siege is lifted,” he stressed.

Earlier on the same day, the Yemeni armed forces launched a separate operation targeting the US aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman and its accompanying warships in the northern Red Sea using cruise missiles and drones.

'Hamas: We will not accept a deal not ending Israel’s war on Gaza

Sunday 13-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, has accused Israel of seeking to narrow ongoing ceasefire negotiations to a limited prisoner exchange, stressing that it will reject any agreement that does not lead to a permanent halt to the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

In a statement on Sunday, senior Hamas official Basim Na'eem said that his Movement would not allow talks to become a “cover for resuming aggression and massacres” following a temporary pause in Israeli attacks.

Na'eem said Hamas would remain committed to a broader agreement that includes a complete Israeli military withdrawal from Gaza and the reconstruction of the enclave.

His comments came as a 'Hamas delegation arrived in Cairo on Saturday for negotiations mediated by Egypt and Qatar. Na'eem described the talks as “complex,” citing what he called a failure by regional actors to pressure Israel and accusing the international community of complicity in the destruction caused by the war.

He said discussions in Cairo focused on ending the Israeli aggression, reopening Gaza’s border crossings to allow the flow of humanitarian aid, and forming a committee to oversee governance in the postwar period.

Talks over Gaza in Cairo are expected to continue this week, although political analysts believe that a breakthrough remains elusive.

The Israeli occupation army bombs last functioning hospital in Gaza City

Sunday 13-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Israeli warplanes bombed the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital around midnight local time, rendering the last functioning hospital in northern Gaza non-operational.

The strikes also left critically ill patients on the streets, with at least three patients reported dead after a rushed evacuation.

A local journalist, who was working at the hospital, said the Israeli occupation army had phoned a doctor who was operating in the emergency department and ordered the immediate evacuation of the hospital.

The Israeli military has used its routine justification for putting the last functioning hospital in northern Gaza out of service, claiming that it contained a “command and control center used by Hamas.”

The Al-Ahli Hospital is one of 36 hospitals that have been bombed and burned by the Israeli army since the start of the genocidal war on Gaza.

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation committed a new horrific crime by bombing the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, which accommodated hundreds of patients.

“The hospital, which contains various specialized departments, was serving hundreds of patients, injured people, medical crews and caregivers at the time of the attack. The hospital provides healthcare services for over a million Palestinians in the provinces of Gaza and northern Gaza in the midst of the near-total collapse of the healthcare system due to genocide, blockade and relentless bombardment,” PGMO added.

The 'Hamas Movement, for its part, condemned the Israel army’s bombing of the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, calling it as “part of its ongoing brutal and fascist war crimes in the Gaza Strip.”

“This horrifying crime underscores that we are dealing with a rogue criminal entity that flagrantly disregards humanitarian laws, regulations and norms, operating under American cover and complicity and without any international accountability,” Hamas said in a statement on Sunday.

IOFs target 4,000 buildings equipped with solar energy systems in Gaza

Sunday 13-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza announced that Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) targeted more than 4,000 houses and facilities equipped with solar energy systems as part of a systematic policy to destroy alternative sources of electricity in the Gaza Strip.

The PGMO emphasized in a statement on Saturday that the IOFs have continued to commit more crimes against civilians and infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, in the context of the genocidal war that has been going on for more than 18 months, as it launched barbaric bombing and systematic air and land attacks targeting thousands of homes and civilian facilities, especially those equipped with solar energy systems, used as an alternative source of electricity, in an attempt to destroy the remaining elements of life in all governorates of the Gaza Strip without exception.

These brutal raids, according to the statement, resulted in the destruction of more than 4,000 homes and facilities containing solar energy systems, which are considered a vital artery for providing alternative electricity and operating medical equipment in hospitals and health centers, water wells, desalination plants, universities, schools, bakeries, factories, basic household facilities, and other vital sectors.

The statement stressed that this targeting constitutes a severe blow to the alternative energy sources on which the population in the Gaza Strip relies in light of the continuous electricity cuts for more than 550 days as a result of the escalating siege, genocidal war and ongoing aggression.

It emphasized that these crimes constitute a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and a flagrant breach of the most basic humanitarian principles, and fall within the policy of genocide practiced by the Israeli occupation against more than 2.4 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

It called on the international community, United Nations organizations, especially the Human Rights Council, to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, and to act immediately to stop the genocidal war and the ongoing aggression against civilians and vital facilities in the Gaza Strip.

It also called on international human rights and humanitarian organizations to document these crimes and submit them to international courts and forums, and to work hard to hold the Israeli officials accountable and prosecute them for their crimes against humanity.

The PGMO urged donors and relief organizations to provide quick and safe alternatives to power generation systems, to compensate those affected, and to ensure the continuity of basic services in the Gaza Strip, especially health, education, water, environmental and food services.

“We hold the Israeli occupation fully responsible for the catastrophic humanitarian repercussions of these criminal policies, and we hold the US administration, the United Kingdom, Germany and France directly responsible for the continuation of these crimes, as a result of their unlimited political and military support for the occupation and their provision of international cover for its crimes against our defenseless Palestinian people,” it concluded.

IOFs continue to destroy and burn houses, in the Jineen refugee camp, for the 83rd day

Sunday 13-April-2025

Jineen, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) continued on Sunday their systematic operations of home burning and destruction in the Jineen refugee camp, as part of the ongoing large-scale aggression on the camp for the 83rd consecutive day.

IOF vehicles bulldozed several houses and facilities, while Israeli troops set fire to a number of houses, amid heavy deployment of snipers.

The aggression in Jineen city and its refugee camp has led to the martyrdom of 38 people, while the occupation bulldozers continue to destroy the city’s main streets and infrastructure, in addition to the systematic sabotage operations, using military tanks that stormed the city for the first time since 2002.

The destruction and sabotage attacks carried out by the IOFs have resulted in complete and partial demolition and burning of more than 3,250 housing units, in addition to the lack of water and electricity and the acute shortage of food and basic supplies, especially for children, due to the ongoing siege.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian residents in Masafir Yatta, injuries reported

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), April 13, 2025 (WAFA) –

Two young Palestinian girls sustained injuries on Sunday following an attack by Israeli colonists in Khirbet Al-'Halawah in the Masafir Yatta region in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local activist.

Osama Makhamra, a local activist, reported that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers physically assaulted residents and their children, resulting in bruises to the two girls. They were subsequently transferred to Yatta Governmental Hospital for medical treatment.

In the aftermath of the attack, Israeli occupation forces kidnapped several Palestinian citizens who had intervened in an effort to protect their children from the settlers.

Meanwhile, the  illegal Israeli settlers attacked the homes of Palestinian citizens in the 'Arab Al-Malai'hat Bedouin community northwest of Aree'ha (Jericho)and pelted them with stones.

The general supervisor of the "Al-Baydar" organization, 'Hasan Al-Malai'hat, told WAFA that a group of the  illegal Israeli settlers attacked the community with stones and terrorized the residents.

The Israeli settler violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023.

The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned.

Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.

Palestinian political prisoners in the Israeli occupation prison of Megiddo face the pain of oppression and the suffering from spoiled food

Sunday 13-April-2025

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reported that Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli Megiddo prison suffered a health setback a few days ago due to consuming spoiled food provided by the prison administration.

The Commission stated in a press release on Sunday that the administration of Megiddo prison deliberately served spoiled food to the prisoners a few days ago, resulting in the prisoners experiencing health issues after eating expired eggs.

It added that the prisoners felt abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, and high fever, yet they were left without any treatment or medical examination.

The Commission pointed out that the prisoners in Megiddo prison faced repression days ago, as special units of the Israeli prison service stormed one of the prison’s sections late at night and sprayed pepper gas inside the rooms without any stated reason or justification for a search.

All prisoners in the facility are subjected to beatings and abuse if any prisoner objects to the oppression. According to testimonies given by the prisoners to the Commission’s lawyer, the prisoners face such brutal mistreatment approximately every ten days.

As of early April 2025, the number of prisoners and detainees in the Israeli prisons exceeded 9,900, including at least 400 children and 27 female prisoners, while the number of administrative detainees reached 3,498.

1,747 Palestinians were classified by the Israeli prison administration as “unlawful combatants” from Gaza Strip. This figure does not include all detainees from Gaza Strip, particularly those in camps run by the Israeli army.

Before the genocide, the total number of Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli prisons exceeded 5,250, with the number of female prisoners being 40, and the number of children 170, while the number of administrative detainees was approximately 1,320.

Al-Dhameer: Another Gazan prisoner dies of torture in Israeli jail

Sunday 13-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Al-Dhameer Association for Human Rights in Gaza said that it had received last Thursday news about the death of Gazan detainee Khaleel A'hmed Haniyya, 35, in Negev jail.

His death brought to 66 the number of the identified Palestinians who have died in Israeli jails and detention camps since October 7, 2023. These martyred detainees include 44 from Gaza, according to Al-Dhameer Association on Sunday.

Al-Dhameer Association pointed out that there are dozens of other detainees who had died in Israeli jails or had been killed on-site without their names or details surrounding their deaths being disclosed by the Israeli occupation.

The Association affirmed that it obtained information saying that prisoner Haniyya died as a result of his exposure to ongoing torture and abuse at the hands of Israeli jailers.

The Israeli occupation forces had kidnaped Haniyya from a school sheltering displaced families in Al-Shaikh Radhwan neighborhood in Gaza City on December, 21, 2023. He was married and a father of four.

A'hmed Manasra, who was kidnapped by the Israeli forces in 2015, at age 13, then released ten years later, is an example of Israeli brutality towards Palestinians, even if they were children, on April 11, 2025.

“I don’t remember, I’m not sure” A'hmed Manasra, the unforgettable cry of a child

Friday 11-April-2025

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

The image of the Palestinian child A'hmed Manasra crying and screaming, “I don’t remember, I’m not sure,” while being interrogated by an Israeli officer yelling loudly in his face, is still etched in the memory.

At that time, A'hmed Manasra, from the town of Bait 'Haneena in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), was still a 13-year-old child. And here he is today, touching the face of his mother, from whom he was deprived of seeing for 10 years in prison, during which he developed psychological and neurological disorders.

A'hmed’s story, which mirrors the stories of all Palestinian prisoners in general—and child prisoners in particular—began in 2015, when the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped him on charges of attempting to carry out a stabbing attack on October 12, 2015.

On that day, A'hmed was walking with his cousin and close friend, 'Hasan (15 years old), when they were suddenly attacked by the occupation army with gunfire and a vehicular assault, followed by beating and assault by settlers.

'Hasan was killed, and A'hmed was taken—between life and death—to the hospital, handcuffed. He had sustained a skull fracture due to the severe beating by the army and settlers. At the time, many believed he had died as well. But he later appeared, alive.

Ahmad appeared in a video—apparently deliberately leaked—physically exhausted and under extreme psychological pressure, undergoing a harsh Israeli interrogation amid constant threats, yelling, and sleep deprivation, all aimed at forcing him to confess. He repeatedly said, hitting his head with his hand: “I don’t remember… I’m not sure.”

At the time, A'hmed was only 13 years and 9 months old, which sparked a wide controversy regarding the legality of his arrest, as Israeli law at that time stated that minors under the age of 14 could not be imprisoned.

Nevertheless, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison, later reduced to 9 and a half years, along with a fine of 180,000 shekels.

Ahmad spent years in prison despite the efforts of his legal defense team, led by lawyer Nariman Zo'bi, which failed to further reduce his sentence or secure his release, as his case was classified under the “Anti-Terrorism” law. In recent years, he was forced to spend long periods in solitary confinement since early November 2021, without being allowed to meet his family, which led to the deterioration of his mental health.

After seven years of her son’s imprisonment, Ahmad’s lawyer requested the judge to allow his mother to shake her son’s hand. The judge firmly refused. After several attempts by the lawyer, the judge finally allowed the mother to touch just one of her son’s fingers.

The mother said in a press statement at the time, “I touched his finger, and my son couldn’t let go of my finger, and I couldn’t let go of his for a period that didn’t exceed two minutes.”

She added, “My son held my finger and kept kissing it while trembling and crying intensely… I was so happy to touch his finger after such a long deprivation… my son was deeply affected by it.” She continued, “I told him not to be afraid, that everyone loves him and is trying hard to get him out of prison.”

The mother also noted that her son had lost a significant amount of weight and said, “My son’s continued isolation poses a constant threat to his life.”

A report published by Amnesty International on June 21, 2022, stated that Ahmad suffers from schizophrenia, psychotic delusions, and severe depression accompanied by suicidal thoughts.

The report quoted Hiba Morayif, Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Amnesty, as saying that Ahmad “has been subjected to all kinds of injustice at the hands of the Israeli authorities, including the harmful effects of imprisonment and prolonged solitary confinement.”

She added that Ahmed was mistreated during interrogations conducted without the presence of his parents or lawyers and was denied his right to a fair trial. “He should have been released a long time ago. He has suffered needlessly in Israeli prisons.”

In press statements, his lawyer Khalid Zabarqa described Ahmad’s psychological state after visiting him in solitary confinement in 2023, “I saw a human without a soul… I tried to comfort him by telling him there isn’t much time left, and that we’re working to free him, but he replied: I’m only waiting for death… I expect nothing from this life. Then before I left, he asked me: Are you sure suicide is forbidden (religiously)?”

The Amnesty report affirms that the Israeli occupation authorities continue to systematically and extensively violate human rights against Palestinian citizens, including children, based on decades of discrimination, isolation, segregation, and oppression.

The organization stresses that there is evidence proving that A'hmed Manasra’s treatment fits into a broader pattern of discrimination against Palestinian children in the Israeli criminal justice system. According to its records, about 170 Palestinians were imprisoned when they were children at the time of the report’s publication. In many of these cases, children were denied fair trials according to international standards and protection under juvenile justice systems. In other cases, children were subjected to torture or other forms of cruel treatment.

Amnesty adds that the Israeli General Security Service (Shin Bet), the prison administration, and the military forces have all, over decades, practiced torture and other forms of ill-treatment against Palestinian detainees—including children—during arrest, transfer, and interrogation.

'Hamas: A'hmed Manasra is a stark example of the Israeli brutality against Palestinian prisoners

Friday 11-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, said that Israel continues its repressive policies against Palestinian prisoners, noting that what happened to released prisoner A'hmed Manasra is a glaring example of this systematic brutality.

'Hamas added in a statement on Friday that Manasra, who spent his ten years imprisonment starting from when he was a child and emerged as a young man, underwent severe physical and psychological torture, alongside intentional medical neglect, under the direct supervision of the occupation government and extremist national security minister Itamar Ben Gvir.

It pointed out that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime imposed house arrest on Manasra, prevented him from communicating with the media, and barred his family from receiving him, threatening them if they organized any welcoming event. Hamas described these measures as “sadistic and fascist,” reflecting a “shaky and illegitimate occupation authority,” and constituting a blatant violation of human rights principles.

The Movement called on international and human rights organizations, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross, to assume their responsibilities in documenting these violations, urgently intervene to protect prisoners, and work to hold the Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes.

Israeli occupation authorities released Jerusalemite prisoner A'hmed Manasra (23 years old) on Thursday, after he spent nearly 10 years in their prisons, during which he faced all forms of physical and psychological torture.

A'hmed was arrested at the age of 13, beginning an endless journey of suffering. He was sentenced to 12 years, which was later reduced to nine and a half years. The charges against him included stabbing a settler and possessing a knife, but what was not mentioned is the unimaginable torment this child endured.

A'hmed experienced horrific physical torture and psychological intimidation, subjected to harsh interrogation methods that lasted for hours without interruption, leaving him in a state of complete deprivation of sleep and rest.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
