While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

UN Humanitarian Coordinator: Conditions required to deliver aid to the people of Gaza do not exist

Al-Quds (Jerusalem), Monday, December 4, 2023 (WAFA) -

Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Lynn Hastings said that the conditions required to deliver aid to the people of Gaza do not exist. “If possible, an even more hellish scenario is about to unfold, one in which humanitarian operations may not be able to respond.”

Since the resumption of Israeli aggression on Gaza on December 1st, 700 Palestinians have reportedly been killed in addition to the 15,500 already killed, she noted.

Israeli military operations have expanded into southern Gaza, forcing tens of thousands of others into increasingly compressed spaces, desperate to find food, water, shelter, and safety, said the Humanitarian Coordinator for the Occupied Palestinian Territory in a statement.

“Nowhere is safe in Gaza and there is nowhere left to go.”

The conditions required to deliver aid to the people of Gaza do not exist. If possible, an even more hellish scenario is about to unfold, one in which humanitarian operations may not be able to respond, she said.

“What we see today are shelters with no capacity, a health system on its knees, a lack of clean drinking water, no proper sanitation, and poor nutrition for people already mentally and physically exhausted: a textbook formula for epidemics and a public health disaster. “

The quantities of relief supplies and fuel allowed in are utterly insufficient, she maintained.

“Despite the enormous efforts of the Egyptian and Palestinian Red Crescent Societies, UN agencies, and other partners, the use of only the Rafah crossing - meant for pedestrians - to bring in trucks of goods does not work, she stressed.

Humanitarian operations cannot be kept on a drip feed of fuel. It is the foundation of social services and our operations; including for hospitals, desalination plants, clean drinking water and sanitation, the UN official added.

“Space for the humanitarian response allowed inside Gaza is constantly shrinking. The two most important routes – the coastal road and Salah Addin road – are now cut off to our teams and trucks, hindering our ability to help people wherever they are, she added.

“The UN and NGOs alone cannot support a population of 2.2 million.  Commercial and public sectors must be allowed to bring supplies into Gaza to restock markets. This must include fuel in a manner which ensures Israel’s security.”

Announcements of establishing so-called safe zones and tented cities without assurances that people will be able to move freely and that assistance can be delivered where there is need are alarming. These zones cannot be safe nor humanitarian when unilaterally declared, she said.

The UN stands ready to work with all parties to expand the number of UN-managed safe shelters and to deliver assistance where it is needed, concluded the UN official.

The Israeli occupation regime expands its mass starvation campaign in Gaza Strip

Monday 4-December-2023, GENEVA, (PIC)

Israel has expanded its total ban on humanitarian supplies entering large areas of the Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing war waged since Oct. 7, which included the use of starvation weapons against civilians, the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said on Monday.

According to Euro-Med, the Israeli army had planned to largely cut off the central governorate of the Gaza Strip from the southern areas during the previous 48 hours by imposing restrictions on movement and limiting the supply of humanitarian aid, such as food and drinkable water.

Although in small amounts, the humanitarian supplies over the last two days were confined almost entirely to the Rafa'h Governorate in the extreme south of the Gaza Strip. These supplies, the Euro-Med Monitor said, included sparse distributions of aid, particularly water and flour. However, humanitarian aid was halted in the neighboring Khan Younus Governorate due to Israel’s severe attacks.

Since Israel resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip last Friday, after a one-week temporary humanitarian truce, humanitarian supplies have been completely stopped in Gaza and its northern areas, which have been isolated by the Israeli army for more than a month as part of its ground incursions.

According to the Euro-Med Monitor, Israel has extended its restrictions on humanitarian aid to encompass over 65% of the Gaza Strip’s total area.

The Israeli orders to evacuate roughly 20% of Khan Younus City, which is home to over 110,000 people, and 21 shelter centers that house roughly 50,000 displaced people—the great majority of whom were previously displaced from North Gaza—were likewise a cause for deep concern, according to the Euro-Med Monitor.

Along with its recent orders for evacuation and increased ground incursions in the Khan Younus Governorate, the Geneva-based organization further warned that Israel would soon be expanding its ban on the entry of humanitarian supplies as part of its plans to forcibly displace the people of Gaza.

Israel has been using the starvation campaign as a tool of subjugation since the beginning of its war on the Gaza Strip. This includes bombing and destroying bakeries, factories, food stores, water stations, and tanks, in addition to cutting off all food supplies.

Since the start of the war, Israel has imposed a complete closure on the Gaza Strip, halting all food, water, electricity, and fuel supplies. Subsequently, it prohibited humanitarian aid access to the northern parts of Gaza City and its surrounding areas. Later, it broadened the purview of this ban, taking advantage of the lack of the passive position of the international and humanitarian groups.

The Euro-Med Monitor emphasized that, as the occupying power in Gaza, Israel is prohibited from using starvation and cutting off humanitarian supplies as a tool of war and is required by international humanitarian law to protect and meet the needs of the people living there.

The human rights monitor called for swift international action to impose a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and stop the situation from getting worse by allowing all residents fair and unrestricted access to basic and relief supplies and by ensuring that fuel, food, water, medical supplies, and other necessities are available.
