While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

'Hamas: The Israeli occupation regime spreads false statements to justify its horrific massacres in Gaza

Saturday 27-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement accused the Israeli occupation apartheid regime of spreading false statements to justify its systematic killings and targeting of defenseless civilians, civil infrastructure, and displacement shelters, the most recent of which was targeting the Al-Sayyida Khadeeja School and A'hmed Al-Kurd School for being allegedly used for military purposes and sheltering resistance fighters.

'Hamas said in a statement on Saturday that Israel spread such allegations and false statements to carry out the most heinous crimes against innocent civilians and to expand its war of genocide in the Gaza Strip.

'Hamas charged the US administration with full responsibility for the continuation of the fascist war of genocide in the Gaza Strip, through “its political and military support provided to the Zionist terrorist government.”

Earlier on Saturday, dozens were killed and wounded in a new Israeli massacre carried out this morning in a school sheltering displaced people and including a field hospital in the city of Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) said that Israeli warplanes bombed a field hospital set up inside Khadeeja School in Dair El-Bala'h with three missiles.

The PGMO reported in a press statement that the bombing led to the martyrdom of 31 citizens and the injury of 100 others, including children and women.

Al-Barsh: The health situation in northern Gaza “extremely dire”

Saturday 27-July-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Director general of Gaza’s health ministry Mueeir Al-Barsh has described the health situation in northern Gaza as “extremely dire” due to the ongoing genocidal war that entered its 10th month and the destruction of hospitals.

In a statement on Saturday, Al-Barsh, who is also head of the health emergency committee in northern Gaza, cited other reasons for the harsh health situation in northern Gaza, including the lack of medical needs and medicines and the inability of wounded civilians to travel abroad for treatment.

Al-Barsh also said that health system in northern Gaza had lost many key members of its professional cadres due to their exposure to forced displacement to the south of the Strip.

The health official pointed out that the health sector in Gaza tries to make up for its staff deficiency through seeking the help of some foreign delegations, especially in crucial fields such as neurosurgery, plastic surgery and urology.

Over 75 US NGOs ask Biden and US Congress to embargo weapons to the Israeli occupation regime

Saturday 27-July-2024

WASHINGTON, (PIC)

A few days after Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu gave a racist and warmongering speech at the Congress, over 75 US organizations have released a statement calling on president Joe Biden and the Congress to impose an immediate arms embargo on the Israeli occupation apartheid regime.

“We the undersigned human rights, civil rights, and social justice organizations call on you to implement an immediate arms embargo on the Israeli government in order to save lives,” according to a statement released by the US organizations on Friday.

“This week, US Congress welcomed Israeli prime minister Netanyahu, even as he and his government face international investigations for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. This joint address was a direct affront to the values of human rights, freedom, and democracy.”

“Netanyahu’s government has utilized US support and weapons to kill nearly 40,000 Palestinians in Gaza, including 15,000 children, wiping out entire generations of Palestinian families in Gaza. To not only destroy hospitals, bakeries, schools, churches, mosques, universities, refugee camps, and homes, but Gaza’s entire health care system and entire residential neighborhoods. The Israeli government’s siege is starving Palestinian children and has brought Gaza to the brink of a full-blown famine. To save lives, we must stop sending bombs and warplanes to the Israeli military.”

“The Israeli government has shown clearly that it does not respond to warnings or stern words. Our government must exert tangible and material pressure on Israel now. The United Nations and legacy human rights groups like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International are all calling for countries to enact an arms embargo to stop these atrocities. An arms embargo is essential to uphold not only international law, but our own US law, and to send a clear message that the United States will not support the Israeli government’s policies of collective punishment against the Palestinian people.”

“Furthermore, as the cost of living rises and inflation squeezes American families, we need to prioritize funding for housing, healthcare, childcare, schools, and jobs — not weapons and bombs for Netanyahu’s war crimes. Pouring billions in weapons funding for a government committing human rights abuses is a betrayal of our own communities’ needs. It’s time to redirect our resources towards building a better future at home, instead of supporting violence abroad.”

“The only way to reach a desperately needed lasting ceasefire – including the release of all Israeli and Palestinian hostages – is for the US to exert pressure on Netanyahu’s regime by ending the flow of weapons to the Israeli government. We cannot claim to be working towards peace while simultaneously sending the weapons that enable atrocities.”

“Therefore, we call on you to immediately halt the sale, transfer, and shipment of all further weapons to the Israeli government. This is the first step towards building a future in which all people living on the land can live in safety, equality, freedom, and justice.”

WHO calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza

GAZA, Saturday, July 27, 2024 (WAFA) –

The World Health Organization today called for an immediate ceasefire in the war-torn Gaza Strip.

WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus said on the X platform that he felt “deeply worried about the safety of civilians and patients in Deir al-Balah, following the latest reports of airstrikes in areas where many displaced people are sheltering.”

“Such attacks also strain fragile health facilities and put them at risk of closure,” he added.

Israel has proceeded with its genocidal offensive on the war-torn Strip in complete disregard of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ordered Israel in a legally binding decision to halt its military offensive in Rafa'h, which may violate its obligations under the Genocide Convention.

Israel has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, killing at least 39,258 Palestinians and injuring over 90,589 others.

Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip.

Palestinian and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.

The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Saturday 27-July-2024

NABLUS, (PIC)

A Palestinian teenager was martyred and 13 others, mostly children, were injured in Israeli aerial and gunfire attacks on citizens in Balata refugee camp in Nablus, north of the occupied West Bank, on Saturday afternoon.

A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that an Israeli drone bombed a gathering of citizens, mostly children, in Balata camp, injuring several of them, adding that one of them was pronounced dead later.

The slain teenager was identified as 17-year-old Lu-ay Misha. Two of the wounded citizens are reportedly in serious condition, according to the Palestinian health ministry.

One of the citizens suffered bullet injuries in the camp and was evacuated by the Red Crescent to a local hospital.

The Red Crescent also said that one of its volunteer paramedics was injured in an Israeli attack as he was working on evacuating wounded citizens in the camp.

Israeli occupation forces kill a Palestinian, injure others in renewed raid into Balata refugee camp

NABLUS, Saturday, July 27, 2024 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces Saturday evening killed a Palestinian and injured over 20 others in a renewed raid into the Balata refugee camp, east of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to the Health Ministry.

The Ministry confirmed in a press release that the occupation soldiers gunned down 24-year-old Bassam 'Hashash and injured 22 others in the refugee camp.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation forces raided the camp for the third time today. During the raid, they stationed snipers on the rooftops of buildings as surveillance drones hovered over, triggering confrontations.

The heavily armed Israeli soldiers opened volleys of live ammunition towards local youths, killing Hashash with a live round in the chest.

Earlier today, the occupation forces killed 17-year-old Lu-ay Mu'hammed Masha and injured nine others, two of them seriously, following an Israeli drone strike targeting a group of people in the camp.

This brings the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, to 591, including 143 children, according to the statistics of the Health Ministry.

Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for "wanted" Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

Ayman Ghareeb said that a shepherd from the locality of Khirbet Yirza was grazing his herd of cows near the locality when a group of colonists stole his cows.

Khirbet Yirza has a population of around 150, the majority of whom are sheepherders and farmers. The village is isolated, having been cut off by the many Israeli barriers and army training camps that surround it.

The Jordan Valley, which is a fertile strip of land running west along the Jordan River, is home to about 65,000 Palestinians and makes up approximately 30% of the occupied West Bank.

Since 1967, when the Israeli army occupied the West Bank, Israel has transferred at least 11,000 of its Jewish citizens to the Jordan Valley. Some of the colonies in which they live were built almost entirely on private Palestinian land.

The Israel military has also designated about 46 percent of the Jordan Valley as a closed military zone since the beginning of the occupation in June 1967. It has been utilizing the pretext of military drills to forcefully displace Palestinian families living there as part of a policy of ethnic cleansing and stifling Palestinian development in the area.

Approximately 6,200 Palestinians live in 38 communities in places earmarked for military use and have had to obtain permission from the Israeli authorities to enter and live in their communities.

In violation of international law, the Israeli occupation military not only temporarily displaces the communities regularly, but also confiscates their farmlands, and demolishes their homes and infrastructure from time to time.

Besides undergoing temporary displacement, the Palestinian families living there face a myriad of restrictions on access to resources and services. Meanwhile, Israel exploits the resources of the area and generates profit by allocating generous tracts of land and water resources for the benefit of colonists.

Israeli politicians have made it clear on several occasions that the highly strategic Jordan Valley would remain under their control in any eventuality.
