While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Click here for more about using the apostrophe and the underlining of letters in the transliteration of Arabic names.

9% of Gaza's population displaced last week by Israel, says OCHA

(WAFA Images)

NEW YORK, Monday, July 29, 2024 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said that 9% of the population of the Gaza Strip was displaced during the past week alone due to the Israeli occupation army's evacuation orders.

The UN office explained in a statement on Monday that 29,000 people were present in the area that the Israeli army ordered to be evacuated yesterday, Sunday, noting that the repeated displacement deprives civilians of survival with dignity.

It pointed out that the UN humanitarian partners estimate that more than 190,000 Palestinians have been displaced this week from Khan Younus and Dair El-Bala'h since the evacuation order was issued last Monday while hundreds are still trapped east of Khan Younus.

The UN office confirmed that the recent evacuation orders and intense hostilities have affected relief operations and undermined efforts to provide essential assistance to civilians in Khan Younus.

It added that the continued insecurity and the allocation of only one access point for the entry and exit of humanitarian workers, namely the Karm Abu Salim crossing, undermined efforts to deploy urgently needed emergency medical teams in Gaza to relieve the burden on the exhausted medical staff in the Strip.

Turkish president threatens to intervene militarily to protect Palestinians

Monday 29-July-2024

ANKARA, (PIC)

Turkish President Recep Erdogan stressed on Sunday the need for his country to act strongly to deter Israel from its practices against the Palestinians in Gaza, alluding to the possibility of intervening militarily in the conflict.

Erdogan told a meeting of his ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) in the northeastern city of Rize on the Black Sea that Türkiye “must be very strong so that Israel can stop doing such things to the Palestinians.”

“Just as we entered Karabakh, just as we entered Libya, we might do the same to them (Israelis),” Erdogan added.

“There is no reason why we cannot do this. We must be strong so that we can take such a step,” he added.

The president was referring to Türkiye’s military deployment in 2020 to the North African country and its military support for Azerbaijan as the latter fought a war to take back Karabakh from Armenians.

Erdogan also cited how Türkiye cut off commercial ties with Israel as he talked about his administration’s actions to stop the Israeli war on Gaza.

WAFA monitors incitement and racism in the Israeli mediaý

ýRamallah Allah 29-7-2024 Wafa-

The Palestinian news and information agency "WAFA" monitored incitement and racism in the Israeli media, between 21-7 and 27-7.ý

ýIn its report No. 370, WAFA monitors and documents the inflammatory and racist discourse in the Israeli media against the Palestinians, in light of the continuous Israeli genocidal war against our people, against the Palestinian National Authority, against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), and against prisoners in the Israeli occupation apartheid regime prisons.ý

ýIn this summary, we review the most important inflammatory articles, ýýan article published in the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" by the well-known writer "Itamar Eichner", through which he incites against the International Court following its decision on the "occupation", and the article entitled "Israel's arguments against the Hague Court and the opinion of the dissenting judges: "What about the obligations of the Palestinians?ýý"ýý:ý

ý"The dramatic advisory opinion published by the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which ruled that settlements are illegal and that Israel effectively annex the territory of the West Bank and East Jerusalem, is not a binding decision – but it raises great concern in Jerusalem that it will be exploited to increase political pressure on the Israel and deepen its isolation in the world, an isolation that has already peaked due to the war in Gaza," he said.ýý.ý

ýIn an effort to stop initiatives to exploit opinion in various fields, Israeli Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz directed all Israeli embassies around the world to work urgently with senior political officials. The State Department distributed a "political activation cable" to all ambassadors around the world, asking them to convey a series of messages against that advisory opinion, including arguments expressed in the country that the ruling is detached from the situation on the ground and will harm the chances of a political settlement with the Palestiniansýý.ý

ý"In the dramatic verdict, we recall that the majority of The Hague judges have decided that the settlement project is illegal, and that Israel should evacuate them "as soon as possible" – this includes not only areas in the West Bank (which are referred to by the Israeli occupation regime as Judea and Samaria), but also everyone who has settled in East Jerusalem since the unification of the city in the 1967 Six-Day War. This is the first time since that war that the International Court of Justice has ruled that the Israeli occupation of the territories is illegal, but the verdict is even more serious as it is accused of Israel's actions constituting de facto annexation and possibly even apartheidýý.ý

ýThe ýýresolution also states that Israel should compensate Palestinians for land confiscation and 'exploitation of natural resources', and ordered all countries of the world to refrain from providing assistance to Israel's continued control over the territory. They also decided that Israel was considered an occupying power in Gaza even before the current war in the Strip and despite the disengagement in 2005, as it continued to control some aspects of its administration thereafter. They rejected the claim that they should not intervene in the case for fear that it would affect This is on future negotiations, they said, and they said this is "speculationýý."ý

ý"I consider this ruling particularly extreme and, while non-binding, could harm Israel politically and internationally – and also reinforce callsýý by ýý BDS ýý activists ýýfor a boycott. The Court published this opinion at the request of the UN General Assembly, at the initiative of the Palestinian Authority, and now the subject may be re-discussed in the General Assembly or brought to the attention of the Security Council. The judges explicitly called on the council to take steps to end Israeli control over the territory, but it is very likely that the US will veto it if a resolution against Israel is presented in the council.ý

ýAuthor Eleanor Fabriker also incited against Palestinians in Jerusalem and against the PNA, in an article on Makor Rishon, which reads: "Kafr Aqab: Identity is Blue, Governance is Palestinian," and the "terrorist" who carried out the attack near Sarafand last week came from one of Jerusalem's largest Arabic neighborhoods, where Israeli control is almost non-existent and infrastructure neglected. This vacuum is filled by local law enforcement and terrorism organizations, with the support of the Palestinian Authority."ý

ýMu'hammed Ghalib Shihab, 27, from Kafr I'qab in East Jerusalem, carried out a vehicular attack at the Nir Zvi junction near Sarafand base: Four soldiers of the IOFs were injured, as the Sheila Research and Policy Forum notes that the neighborhood in northern Jerusalem – part of a sovereign Israel state under the law – is undergoing an ongoing process of transformation into a PA neighborhood, as part of its broad plan to establish a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.ý

ý"The PA's plans under the 2030 Plan to establish a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital include large-scale construction, the establishment of new neighborhoods and the provision of services in areas such as education, health, social welfare, culture, security, trade and industry, employment, tourism and others. The plan seeks to establish a separate municipal institution in Jerusalem under the control of all Palestinians, including residents of the Old City.ý

ý"The PA actually started building the Palestinian state more than twenty years ago, shortly after the signing of the Oslo Accords," said Dr. Anat Root, director general of the forum. "We are aware of the existence of this plan, but the highest quarters in Israel are not taking action against it. Under the watchful eyes of all Israel governments, Palestinians in Jerusalem have built a vast political, organizational, social, educational and economic infrastructure that undermines Israeli sovereignty in the city and allows Palestinians, technically and mentally, to move to the next stage."ý

ý"The ambitions of the Palestinian Authority are embodied throughout Judea and Samaria, and the Kafr I'qab neighborhood is a clear example of this. It and Shu'fat are the largest neighborhoods Arabic outside the security barrier in northern Jerusalem. Most residents of Kafr I'qab hold blue ID cards, have permanent residency in Israel, and enjoy greater freedom of movement than Arabs in Judea and Samaria who hold green ID cards. They are entitled to national insurance services, vote in municipal elections, and even reside and work throughout the Israel without special permits. They pay municipal taxes for fear of losing residency, but representatives of authorities such as the police, postal office and Israeli infrastructure providers avoid entering Kafr I'qab. in response to ACRI's petitions."ý

ý"It is clear that those who live in Kafr I'qab are more vulnerable to the influence of terrorism, because the place is open and we are not there to prevent it," says Ran Yishai, head of the Jerusalem department at the Jerusalem Center for Applied Policy. "There is no law enforcement police, no one to monitor what is taught in the school, no one to remove hostile and instigating elements and to threaten the population. It makes sense for terrorists to get out of there, but not because of economic hardship or because the municipality is not repairing the infrastructure. The strange thing is that most people there do not turn to terrorism. They don't sympathize with Gaza, and the vast majority sympathize with Israel and see in it its future – not out of great love, but because of the comfort Israel can provide them. But as soon as the state decided to remove Kafr I'qab from the separation barrier, it ceded this place to the Palestinian Authority, and thousands of Palestinians came to live there."ý

ý ýýIncitement and racism in the virtual worldýý:ý

ýZvi Sukkot, a member of Knesset for religious Zionism, instigated in a Facebook tweet against Arab MP A'hmed Al-Teebi, "ýýNow on the podium, A'hmed Al-Teebi compared our kidnappers in Gaza to terrorists who were 'kidnapped' from their homes by the IOF.ý

ýExtremist minister Itamar Ben-Gvir tweeted on Facebook and incited against the Palestinian National Authority, saying, "ýýIn response to the news that the Israeli security apparatus is trying to buy calm and demand a series of facilities in the West Bank, the security apparatus is returning to the pre-7.10 concept and losing its temper. The PA is an enemy like Hamas, and the way it should be acquired is fake and absurd."ý

ýBoaz Bismut, a Likud MK against UNRWA, tweeted on the X platform,ýý "ýýI am pleased to announce that the law I initiated to shut down UNRWA has now passed through the first reading!ýý ýýWith a little effort, we will be able to eliminate this terrorist organization."ý

ý"The law sends a sharp and clear message to our enemy: we will not allow international organizations to continue to manufacture terrorism and incitement. Whoever helped Hamas, will be punished, there is no place for our enemies in the heart of the capital of the Jewish people, Jerusalem!"ý

ý"This law is the result of hard work, deep sessions and cooperation with civil society organizations. I would like to thank those who supported, provided advice and helped along the way."ý

ýAriel Kleiner, a Likud MK on the X platformýý ýýagainst prisoners, tweeted, "ýýThere is no need to demobilize the vandals, even if there is overcrowding, this must be according to fixed instructions, not just according to the instructions of the hour."ý

ýYulia Milinubsky, a member of Knesset from Yisrael Beiteinu, incited in a tweet on ýýthe UNRWA X platformýý, "ýýWhat hypocrisyýý ýýif the saboteurs were murderers, rapists and kidnappers of European civilians, would you still plead to get them out of the illogical law? Because that's exactly what the UNRWA staff did, and the agency itself that gave sponsorship to this terrorism did. We all know that there is a refugee problem in Europe that has just grown, we are invited to call UNRWA to you in order to address the problem and then you may receive the seventh of October because this sad and painful attempt happened to us."ý
