While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

PGMO: Famine is worsening in Gaza Strip, particularly in Gaza City and the North

Tuesday 25-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza warned that famine is seriously worsening in the Gaza Strip, especially in Gaza City and North Gaza governorates.

The GMO Director-General, Isma'eel Al-Thawabta, said in a press conference in Gaza on Monday that the humanitarian conditions have seriously deteriorated across the Gaza Strip, especially following the inhumane US and Israel’s decision to “prevent the entry of food and medicine.”

He pointed out that this comes within the framework of the genocidal war against civilians in the Gaza Strip, stressing that famine directly threatens the lives of citizens, which portends a rise in the death toll due to hunger.

About 3,500 children are currently facing the dire threat of death in Gaza due to malnutrition and the lack of essential nutritional supplements, he highlighted.

“The specter of famine looms larger each day, with a grim forecast of increased fatalities resulting from hunger,” Al-Thawabta said.

He pointed out that “for 49 days, the Israeli occupation army has been preventing 25,000 sick and wounded people from traveling to receive treatment abroad, after it took over the Rafa'h border crossing with Egypt,” stressing that Israel’s control over the Rafa'h crossing has significantly impacted the wounded people’s access to essential medical care.

He underlined that 700,000 people endure daily famine conditions due to Israel’s obstruction of aid entry, leaving approximately 15,000 trucks stranded at border crossings, exacerbating the crisis.

Al-Thawabta stressed that this heartbreaking reality underscores the urgent need for action to prevent further suffering and loss of life.

He charged the US administration and the Israeli occupation authorities for this catastrophic situation in Gaza, saying, “The people of the Gaza Strip are facing death as a result of famine and the starvation policy pursued by Israel and the US administration.”

The floating pier built by the United States did not do anything to stop the famine in the northern Gaza Strip, he added.

The PGMO director launched a distress call to the international community, international organizations, all countries of the free world, and the Arab and Muslim countries, to intervene in order to protect the Palestinian people, who are being subjected to genocide.

UNRWA Commissioner: We are witnessing the largest Palestinian catastrophe since the Nakba

Monday 24-June-2024

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The Commissioner of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, said that Israel is seeking to end the operations of the United Nations agency, and is targeting other UN agencies as well.

Lazzarini added in press statements on Monday, “Today we are witnessing the largest Palestinian catastrophe since the Nakba,” noting that UNRWA has been targeted by multiple attacks, and that the humanitarian agencies in Gaza have paid a heavy price.”

He pointed out that 180 UNRWA employees were martyred, and 120 facilities belonging to the UN agency were targeted since October 7 last year, saying, “We are being targeted because we protect the rights of refugees.”

“There are attempts to eliminate the agency’s work in the occupied Palestinian territories. The financial restrictions have affected the quality of our services and deepened the ordeal of the Palestinians,” he added.

The UN Commissioner stressed that “financial challenges are hindering our work, and we need more contributions to meet the challenges of the war in Gaza,” noting that the UN review confirmed that UNRWA imposed the law on all its employees.

He explained that the UN agency, before the war, provided more than 72% of health care in 12 health facilities, half of which stopped operating in the Gaza Strip, calling for supporting the agency’s role in responding to the humanitarian disaster in Gaza.

Lazzarini warned that “the levels of hunger throughout the Gaza Strip are catastrophic and man-made,” and that “more than 600,000 children in Gaza are suffering from trauma and are deprived of school.”

The UN official stressed that “without decisive intervention to resume education in Gaza, we will condemn an entire generation to poverty,” reiterating that “UNRWA exists due to the absence of a political solution to the Palestinian issue.”

Al-'Hayya: We are ready for real negotiations based on the four announced principles

Tuesday 25-June-2024

DOHA, (PIC)

Deputy Chairman of the Hamas Movement in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Khaleel Al-'Hayya, told Al Jazeera TV that 'Hamas is ready for real negotiations to conclude a prisoner exchange deal and to end the war.

“We are ready for real negotiations if Netanyahu abides by the truce outlines put forward late last month by US President Joe Biden,” he said.

“We hope that the mediators will succeed in getting Israel to reach a deal and end the war,” he added.

The senior 'Hamas official said that the recent comments by Israeli Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu about only accepting a “partial” cease-fire deal have confirmed that the Israeli premier does not want a cease-fire or the release of captives.

Khaleel Al-'Hayya said Netanyahu wants to free the captives then resume Israel’s campaign in the Gaza Strip, but Hamas “is ready and serious” for real negotiations if Netanyahu abides by the truce outlines put forward late last month by US President Joe Biden.

Al-'Hayya reiterated Hamas’s conditions for any deal that would include a permanent cease-fire and full Israeli withdrawal, return of displaced people to their homes, relief and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, and a prisoner exchange deal.

“We are a people on its land and a resistance defending its land. If the occupation (Israel) announces it is achieving its goals, let it do so and let it say what it wants, and the field can validate and falsify,” he further added.

He added, “If Israel wants to convince itself that it is done, it should exit the Strip,” in response to a question about the Israeli army’s remarks on dismantling Hamas during the interview.

Al-Rishiq: Netanyahu seeks to gain more time and continue the war on Gaza

Monday 24-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Member of Hamas’s political bureau 'Izzat Al-Rishiq has said that Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu’s televised remarks on Sunday about a ceasefire in Gaza reflected his real position and his desire to disrupt a prisoner exchange deal and continue his barbaric war on the Gaza Strip.

“Netanyahu’s real position is not about reaching an agreement but about maneuvering to gain more time and continue the genocidal war,” Al-Rishiq said in press remarks on Monday.

“It has become clear to the world that Netanyahu is the one who rejects and obstructs the implementation of what came in Biden’s speech and the Security Council’s recent resolution,” Al-Rishiq added.

“Netanyahu’s talk about his intent to reach only a partial ceasefire agreement and then resume the aggression confirms that his is lying to the captives’ families and that he does not care about the lives of their children,” the Hamas official said.

“The ball is now in the court of war criminal Netanyahu,” he stressed, calling on the US administration to pressure the Israeli government to stop its genocidal war on Gaza.

'Hamas: Biden’s administration bears responsibility for the genocide in Gaza

Tuesday 25-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement charged the administration of US President Joe Biden over responsibility for the continuation of the war of extermination against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, by continuing to give “the Zionist government and its criminal army political and military cover as well as time to accomplish the mission of destruction and annihilation in the Strip.”

'Hamas said in a statement on Tuesday, “The massacres carried out by the fascist Zionist enemy against our people in the Gaza Strip prove its continued defiance of all international laws and human norms and values by deliberately targeting innocent civilians and committing the most horrific massacres against them.”

'Hamas referred to the recent massacres, including the bombing of Al-Shati Camp, in which ten civilians were killed, including the sister of the Hamas leader Ismail Haniyya, as well as the bombing of Abdul Fatta'h 'Hammoud School in Al-Daraj neighborhood, which claimed the lives of eight members of Al-Jarow family, and the targeting of the home of Nasr family in Al-Maghazi camp and the UNRWA Asmaa School in Al-Shati camp, which led to the martyrdom of dozens of people, most of them were children and women.

'Hamas called on the masses of the Arab and Muslim nation, and the free people of the world, to mobilize at all levels to push for a ceasefire.

The Movement also called on the international community and the United Nations to assume their responsibilities towards the ongoing horrific crimes and to take urgent action to protect innocent civilians.

EU Chief warns of Israel's clear will to annex West Bank

LUXEMBOURG, Tuesday, June 25, 2024 (WAFA) -

The High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, Joseph Borrell, said that Israel seems to have a clear will to annex the occupied West Bank little by little, warning that this certainly will not lead to peace.

"There seems to be a clear will to annex the West Bank, little by little, bit by bit; there seems to be that will and that's certainly not going to lead to peace," Josep Borrell said at a press conference following the Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Luxembourg, reports Anadolu Ajansı.

He said that a cease-fire has not been reached in Gaza three weeks after the proposal, which was supported by the international community, was passed.

In response to a question whether the war will continue, Borrell said: "It seems so, unfortunately, it is a war that is going to test the survival of Palestinians in Gaza."
