While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

Death toll of horrific Israeli massacre in Al-Nusayrat rises to 274, nearly 698 injured

GAZA, Sunday, June 9, 2024 (WAFA) –

The Palestinian death toll resulting from the horrific massacre committed yesterday by Israeli occupation forces in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, in central Gaza, has risen to 274, with nearly 700 people sustaining injuries, mostly civilians, according to medical reports.

Local health authorities said 274 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, were killed, and over 698 others injured due to the intense bombardment by Israeli forces from land, sea, and air on the camp.

This unprecedented genocidal onslaught, carried out from the air and ground, targeted the Central Governorate of Gaza, particularly the densely populated Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, for over two hours under the pretext of saving four Israeli hostages.

Global condemnations pouring in following the horrific Israeli massacre

Egyptian Foreign Ministry in a statement condemned the attack which it said is a “a blatant violation of all provisions of international law” and added it holds Israel responsible for the offensive and urged it to stop the “devastating” war on Gaza.

It also called on “influential international parties and the Security Council to urgently intervene to halt the Israeli war against the Gaza Strip and to take responsible action to end this humanitarian crisis,” which has killed over 36,800 Palestinians.

The Jordanian Foreign Ministry also denounced Israel’s “continued genocide in the Gaza Strip” also saying the attack constitutes “a blatant violation of international law and international legitimacy resolutions.”

European Union Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell also in a post on X, formerly Twitter, called the attack “another massacre of civilians.”

“Reports from Gaza of another massacre of civilians are appalling. We condemn this in the strongest terms,” Borrell wrote.

The D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation in their joint declaration issued at the end of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers in Istanbul on Saturday demanded “an immediate, permanent and unconditional ceasefire, the cessation of the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people in Gaza, and the immediate implementation of the relevant UN Resolutions.”

They also called on all countries to ensure Israel’s strict adherence to provisional measures ordered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

Also, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, speaking at the opening of the D-8 Council of Foreign Ministers, said that there is no doubt those who perpetrated the massacre in Gaza will eventually be held accountable.

Fidan added that the international system is collapsing due to its “hypocrisy” and the “blindness” of some countries, adding that “it is high time that the UN Security Council should heed this call and not be kept hostage to one country.”

“Standing with Gaza against such tyranny and oppression is a duty we should all fulfill in the name of humanity,” he added.

Albanese: Israel uses hostages to legitimize its genocide in Gaza

Sunday 9-June-2024

NEW YORK, (PIC)

Francesca Albanese, the UN’s special rapporteur on the human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, said the release of four Israeli captives held in Gaza did not need to come at the expense of hundreds of Palestinian lives, including women and children.

“Relieved that four hostages have been released. It should not have come at the expense of at least 200 Palestinians, including children, killed and over 400 injured by Israel and allegedly foreign soldiers, while perfidiously hiding in an aid truck. This is humanitarian camouflage at another level,” Albanese said in a social media post.

“Israel has used hostages to legitimize killing, injuring, maiming, starving and traumatizing Palestinians in Gaza. And while intensifying violence against Palestinians in the rest of the occupied territory and Israel,” the UN rapporteur underlined.

“Israel could have freed all hostages, alive and intact, eight months ago when the first ceasefire and hostage exchange was put on the table. Yet, Israel refused in order to continue to destroy Gaza and the Palestinians as a people. This is genocidal intent turned into action. Crystal clear,” she added.

'Hamas military spokesman Abu 'Obayda: The Israeli occupation army managed to free some captives but killed others in the operation

Saturday 8-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Abu 'Obayda, the spokesman of the 'Hamas armed wing the Al-Qassam Brigades, said that “what the Zionist enemy carried out in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, in central Gaza Strip is a complex war crime, and the first to be harmed by it were its prisoners.”

He added in a tweet on Saturday evening, “By committing horrific massacres, the enemy was able to free some of his prisoners, but at the same time, killed some of them during the operation” (later confirmed the death of three captives, one of them is an American).

“The operation will pose a great danger on the enemy’s prisoners and will have a negative impact on their conditions and lives,” the Al-Qassam spokesman underlined.

(In an updated statement, on June 9, 2024), the Palestinian Government Media Office in Gaza had earlier said that Israel’s massacre in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, during which it managed to release four of its captives, had resulted in 274 Palestinian martyrs, including 66 children and 57 women, and 698 wounded. The bodies of martyrs and the wounded, including women and children, have crammed Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

'Hamas: The Israeli massacre of Palestinian civilians in central Gaza will not change the Israeli strategic failure

Saturday 8-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement has said that the Israeli occupation army operation that led to the release of four Israeli captives today after more than eight months of massacres, genocide, siege and starvation will not change the Israeli strategic failure in the  Gaza Strip.

In a statement on Saturday, 'Hamas stressed that the “valiant resistance still retains the largest number of prisoners and is able to increase its yield.”

'Hamas said that the horrific massacre that was committed by the occupation army in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp vindicated further “the nature of this criminal and fascist rogue regime that has no regard for any human values.”

The Movement condemned the US army reported involvement in today’s criminal operation in central  Gaza, saying this incident confirmed its complicity and full participation in the war crimes that are committed in the Gaza Strip.

Ma'hmoud Mardawi: The Israeli genocidal attack on Al-Nusayrat aimed at evading dismantlement of the war cabinet

Saturday 8-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas official, Ma'hmoud Mardawi, said that the Israeli occupation army announcement of the release of 4 Israeli captives from the Gaza Strip aimed at covering up its military and intelligence failures.

Mardawi stressed that Israel had failed to achieve its declared goals, the most important of which is retrieving 120 military prisoners still held captive in the grip of the resistance.

Mardawi, who is an expert in the Zionist affairs, pointed out that the timing of the Israeli genocidal attack on Al-Nusayrat refugee camp saved Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu from dismantling the war cabinet, and helped him overcome his failures over the past 8 months.

Following Al-Nusayrat operation, the war cabinet member Benny Gantz cancelled a press conference that was scheduled to announce, according to expectations, his withdrawal from the government.

Mardawi stressed that the media campaign accompanying Al-Nusayrat operation is an attempt to confuse the resistance decision amid US pressure to accept the Israeli proposal on the exchange deal.

He pointed to the involvement of Arab and Palestinian parties in the Zionist propaganda, which goes in harmony with its roles, designed by the US administration to block the resistance.

Mardawi hailed the resistance especially Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of 'Hamas, and praised their heroic operations and legendary steadfastness in the face of the Israeli aggression and genocidal war.

Jake Sullivan says US supported Israel in hostage rescue

Story by Mia McCarthy

Politico, June 9, 2024

US National security advisor Jake Sullivan said Sunday the United States offered help with the rescue of four Israeli hostages over the weekend but did not specify how.

In the interview with host Dana Bash on CNN's "State of the Union" that aired Sunday morning, Sullivan declined to answer how the United States helped specifically due to security reasons.

“The United States has been providing support to Israel for several months in its efforts to help identify the locations of hostages in Gaza and to support efforts to try to secure their rescue or recovery,” Sullivan said. “I can only just say that we have generally provided support to the IDF so that we can try to get all of the hostages home, including the American hostages who are still being held.”

Four Israeli hostages taken by Hamas on Oct. 7 were rescued on Saturday in an IDF special operation that the Gaza Health Ministry said killed 274 Palestinians.

Sullivan also said there was no confirmation any Israeli hostages were killed in the rescue mission, something Bash said 'Hamas has ('Hamas confirmed the death of three captives, one of them is an American).

But Sullivan added there is always a risk: “I believe that the Israelis have said they do not have any information to that effect,” Sullivan said. “With all of these military operations, hostages have been killed over the last eight months.”

In regards to a recently proposed cease-fire deal, Sullivan said he is waiting to hear from 'Hamas.

He said the plan would put in place a cease-fire and immediately begin the process of bringing hostages home. “To bring an end to this war, to get the hostages home, to get the full scope of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in a safe and effective way, we need this deal,” Sullivan said.

And when asked if President Joe Biden is pleased with how Israel handled the operation, Sullivan said the president “thinks the best way to get all of the hostages home is in a deal where they're brought out diplomatically.”

“That would obviously be the best solution to this,” Sullivan said. “In the absence of that, without 'Hamas saying yes to the deal, unfortunately, we are going to continue to see ongoing conflict and military operations in which Israel makes efforts to recover its citizens and, frankly, to recover American citizens.”

NYT: U.S. intelligence helped Israel rescue four hostages in Gaza

Sunday 9-June-2024

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The U.S. provided intelligence on the hostages before Israel’s successful rescue operation Saturday, according to American and Israeli officials briefed on the assistance, according to a report by the American newspaper, the New York Times.

The following is the text of the report:

A team of American hostage recovery officials stationed in Israel assisted the Israeli military’s effort to rescue the four captives by providing intelligence and other logistical support, one American official said, speaking without attribution to discuss the sensitive operation.

Intelligence collection and analysis teams from the United States and Britain have been in Israel throughout the war, assisting Israeli intelligence in collecting and analyzing information related to the hostages, some of them citizens of both countries, according to a senior Israeli defense official familiar with the effort to locate and rescue the hostages.

Two Israeli intelligence officials said the American military officials in Israel provided some of the intelligence about the hostages rescued Saturday.

Speaking in Paris after meeting with Emmanuel Macron of France, President Biden said he welcomed “the safe rescue of four hostages that were returned to their families in Israel.”

“We won’t stop working until all the hostages come home and a cease-fire is reached,” he added, “and it’s essential.”

The Pentagon and the C.I.A. have been providing information collected from drone flights over Gaza, communications intercepts and other sources about the potential location of hostages. While Israel has its own intelligence, the United States and Britain have been able to provide intelligence from the air and cyberspace that Israel cannot collect on its own, the Israeli official said.

Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser, celebrated the rescue, and referred glancingly at the American assistance.

“The United States is supporting all efforts to secure the release of hostages still held by Hamas, including American citizens,” Mr. Sullivan said in a statement. “This includes through ongoing negotiations or other means.”

Mr. Sullivan added that the cease-fire proposal currently being discussed by negotiators from Hamas, Israel, Egypt, Qatar and the United States would be the way to bring home the remaining hostages.

“The hostage release and cease-fire deal that is now on the table would secure the release of all the remaining hostages together with security assurances for Israel and relief for the innocent civilians in Gaza,” he said.

American officials have said their intelligence support for Israel is focused on the location of hostages and information about Hamas’s top leadership. In large measure this is because American officials believe the best way to persuade Israel to end the war is to get back its hostages and capture or kill top Hamas leaders.

The Israeli official said neither the American nor British teams were involved in the planning or execution of the military operations to rescue the hostages. Israelis, experts in hostage rescue, would have required little support in the tactical planning. But the American and Israeli officials said the outside intelligence did provide added value.

Video exposes American role in Israeli attack on UNRWA school, on June 7, 2024

Saturday 8-June-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The angry phrase “American missiles and Israeli execution” has been widely circulated by social media users, along with video clips showing a Palestinian journalist carrying the remnants of the American missiles that targeted a school belonging to UNRWA in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, on June 6, 2024, leaving dozens of martyrs.

Palestinian journalist Mu'hammed Shaheen posted the video clip showing him carrying the remnants of a US-made missiles that targeted a school belonging to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. This is a clear piece of evidence about the continued American involvement in the genocide in Gaza, despite the decisions of the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice, which the United States and the occupying state have disregarded.

Social media users expressed their immense outrage and directed strong criticisms at the United States, considering it a partner in the crime and that it must be held accountable.

In the same context, the American network CNN revealed that the Israeli occupation army used American weapons in its attack on an UNRWA school sheltering Palestinian displaced persons in Al-Nusayrat camp, in the Gaza Strip, after analyzing a video clip from the site that witnessed a new massacre in the camp.

The American network said that this is the second time in two weeks that it has been able to verify the use of American-made ammunition in deadly attacks on Palestinian displaced persons in Gaza.

As for the American newspaper The Washington Post, it confirmed that weapons experts reviewed a video clip that was verified as having been filmed at the scene of the incident and identified the ammunition fragments as small-diameter American-made bombs.

In Khan Younus in southern Gaza, Palestinians found the remnants of American-made ammunition and missiles left behind by the Israeli occupation army during its incursion into the city, according to a report by the Anadolu Agency.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Friday (June 7, 2024) that the Israeli occupation forces committed 8 massacres in the last 24 hours, confirming that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression since last October 7 has risen to 36,731 martyrs and 83,530 wounded.

Over 210 Palestinian civilians were killed and dozens were injured on Saturday in large-scale Israeli strikes on Al-Nusayrat refugee camp and some other areas in the central Gaza Strip, according to medical sources.
