While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

25 NGOs: States carrying out airdrops in Gaza provide weapons for Israel

Thursday 14-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

25 international organizations working in the Gaza Strip have accused some countries that have recently conducted aid airdrops into the war-battered territory of also providing weapons to the Israeli occupation army.

“It is important to note that some of the states who have recently conducted airdrops are also providing weapons to Israeli authorities, namely the US, UK and France,” the NGOs said in a joint statement published by Amnesty International on Tuesday.

“States cannot hide behind airdrops and efforts to open a maritime corridor to create the illusion that they are doing enough to support the needs in Gaza: their primary responsibility is to prevent atrocity crimes from unfolding and apply effective political pressure to end the relentless bombardment and the restrictions which prevent the safe delivery of humanitarian aid,” the NGOs said.

“States cannot leverage aid to circumvent their international responsibilities and duties under international law, including the prevention of atrocity crimes. For these states to meet their international law obligations they must halt all arms transfers that risk being used in international crimes, as well as implement meaningful measures to enforce an immediate ceasefire, unrestricted humanitarian access and accountability for perpetrators,” the NGOs added.

“While states have recently ramped up airdrops of aid in Gaza, humanitarian professionals stress that this method of aid delivery alone has in no way the capacity to meet the massive needs in the enclave. 2.3 million people living in a catastrophic state of survival cannot be fed and healed by airdrops,” the NGOs said.

“Airdrops are unable to provide the volumes of assistance that can be transported by land. While a convoy of five trucks has the capacity to carry about 100 tons of lifesaving assistance, recent airdrops delivered only a few tons of aid each. Airdrops can also be extremely dangerous to the lives of civilians seeking aid: there have already been reports of at least 5 persons killed from free falling aid packages in Gaza. Humanitarian assistance cannot be improvised: it must be delivered by professional teams, with expertise in organizing distributions and providing direct lifesaving services,” the NGOs stressed.

The NGOs called on those countries to “urgently use their leverage towards an immediate ceasefire and to compel Israeli authorities to stop their deliberate blockade of lifesaving aid in all parts of the Gaza Strip, including through the full opening and lifting of restrictions on Rafa'h, Karm Abu Salim, Beit Hanoun, and Karni crossings.”

“We recall that an immediate and permanent ceasefire is the only condition to allow for the colossal increase in the flow of humanitarian aid needed to alleviate the suffering of 2.3 million people in the Gaza Strip.”

UN official: Israel is destroying a population from its roots

Wednesday 13-March-2024, GENEVA, (PIC)

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on Palestine, Francesca Albanese, said in an X post that Israel is “destroying a population from its roots.”

This came in a comment on a post by the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini.

In 5 months, Israel has killed more children in a strip of land the size of Philadelphia than all conflicts worldwide did in the past 4 years combined, Albanese added.

Lazzarini earlier said that the number of children reported killed in just five months in Gaza is higher than the number of children killed in four years of wars around the world combined.

“This war is a war on children. It is a war on their childhood and their future,” Philippe Lazzarini further wrote.

Palestinian Health Ministry: 27 Palestinian children die from malnutrition and dehydration

Wednesday 13-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian health ministry announced that “27 Palestinian children died from malnutrition and a lack of baby formulas in northern Gaza.”

Thousands of children are suffering from serious complications due to the lack of baby formula in northern Gaza, the ministry said in a statement issued on Wednesday.

The ministry called on “UN institutions and children’s institutions around the world to urgently provide formula to children in northern Gaza.”

The statement pointed out that “Israel committed 10 massacres in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, killing 88 people and injuring 135 others.”

Since October 7 of last year, the Israeli occupation forces have been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in more than 120,000 martyrs, wounded, and missing persons, in addition to the enforced displacement of two million people and massive destruction of homes and infrastructure, affecting more than 60% of buildings in the enclave amid a suffocating siege, a stifling humanitarian crisis, and an unprecedented famine.

Injured American woman in Gaza bombing calls for global support to oppressed Palestinians

Wednesday 13-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

An American citizen residing in the Gaza Strip, who was injured in an Israeli bombing, expressed her wish for Arabs and the entire world to stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza and help them confront the Israeli aggression on the Strip that has been ongoing since October 7th of last year.

The American woman, Deborah Darwel, screamed in pain after being injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted her apartment in Dair El-Bala'h, saying, “What is happening in Gaza is unjust, and all Arabs and the world should be here to help. I am here because I don’t want Israel to take all of Gaza and Palestine.”

The Palestinian civil defense teams managed to rescue the American citizen, Darwel, last night after the Israeli army bombed her apartment in Dair El-Bala'h, completely destroying it, according to the Anadolu Agency.

In an interview with Anadolu, Darwel, 62, who has been living in Gaza for years, said, after being rescued from under the rubble of her house and taken to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs hospital in Dair El-Bala'h, “Israel bombed my apartment. I was trapped and had difficulty breathing, and I couldn’t see.”

Darwel screamed in agony as a large part of the rubble fell on her back and legs due to the Israeli bombing of her apartment.

Regarding the reason for her staying in Gaza and not traveling with the rest of the American citizens, Darwel said, “Every time I try to say that if I leave, it will be as if I am chirping alone,” indicating that she does not want to survive alone.

She added, “I truly believe that everyone should be treated equally. You cannot leave the country that you believe the Palestinians have a right to.”

She continued, “I will never leave because if Israel takes all of Gaza or all of Palestine, they want everyone to leave, so I stayed because I don’t want them to take Palestine.”

She said, “Being an American living in Gaza, I feel that all Arabs and the world should be here to help,” adding that “all Americans should support Gaza, everything happening here is unjust and should stop immediately.”

During the first two months of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, the United States evacuated hundreds of its citizens through the Rafa'h border crossing on the border with Egypt. These individuals were working within various international and relief institutions in Gaza or were married to Palestinians and lived with them in the Strip.

Last October, a number of Palestinians holding American citizenship were injured in the airstrikes that targeted the city of Gaza at the beginning of the war.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been waging a devastating war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in tens of thousands of civilian casualties, mostly children and women, as well as an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe and massive infrastructure destruction.

Euro-Med: Kidney failure patients face slow death in Gaza

Thursday 14-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

Thousands of people with chronic and serious diseases, including kidney failure patients, are facing a slow death amid Israel’s genocide of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, which has been ongoing since October 7, 2023.

According to the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, “there are between 1,000 and 1,500 kidney failure patients in the Strip, and these patients’ health conditions are rapidly worsening due to a lack of medical and therapeutic services, medications, and other necessities.

“The collapse of the health system has put immense strain on hospitals, most of which are disrupted by damage, the siege, and disruptions in fuel, electricity and clean water supplies. As a result, patients are no longer receiving regular dialysis services.”

“Hospitals across the Gaza Strip struggle specifically with a severe lack of fuel, surgical instruments, medical personnel, food, and medications, including anesthesia drugs. This is particularly true in the northern part of the Strip, where there are only six partially operational hospitals. This has a serious impact on the safety and well-being of kidney failure patients.”

Euro-Med said its field team affirms that nearly 60 kidney failure patients are at risk of death at any moment, and at least 20 others have already died.

Euro-Med accused Israel of “systematically targeting the Gaza Strip’s health system, forcing most hospitals and health centers to shut down entirely.”

Euro-Med has expressed “its unequivocal condemnation of Israel’s systematic destruction and siege of hospitals in the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in the deaths, arrests, and torture of numerous medical and administrative staff members.”

The rights group called on the international community to act swiftly and strongly to pressure Israel to end its genocide against the people of Gaza and allow in vital supplies, including medical needs.

Haniyya: Ceasefire in Gaza possible if Israel gives up its intransigence

Thursday 14-March-2024, DO'HA, (PIC)

Head of 'Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haniyya has affirmed that there is an opportunity to reach a multistage ceasefire agreement over Gaza if the Israeli occupation government leaves its intransigent position.

In a brief statement on Wednesday, Haniyya said that his Movement relies in its ceasefire negotiations on the steadfastness and creativeness of the Palestinian resistance on the battlefield and works with might and main for an end to the Israeli aggression against its people in Gaza.

“The position of US president Joe Biden [over Gaza] in his speeches keeps changing, but it is being tested on the ground,” Haniyya said.

The Hamas leader stressed the need for the US administration to take action to stop Israel’s genocidal war and starvation campaign in Gaza.

He also said that the Palestinians in the West Bank are being exposed to Israeli suppression and aggression in order to distract them from supporting Gaza, expressing his belief that the Israeli campaign in the West Bank would be doomed to failure.

Resistance factions: No agreement that doesn’t end war on Gaza

Wednesday 13-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian resistance factions affirmed on Wednesday their unified position that there will be no agreement or exchange of deals without a comprehensive cessation of aggression against the Palestinian people.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the factions emphasized that “the administration of Palestinian affairs and the Gaza Strip’s affairs are internal national matters for the Palestinian people, and they would not submit to any interference or tutelage from the Zionist enemy or its allies.”

The statement called on the people of the West Bank, Jerusalem, the Occupied Territories, refugee camps, and the diaspora, as well as the Islamic nation and the free world, to rise up and confront the Israeli and US plots.

Additionally, it emphasized the necessity of upsetting the Israeli enemy’s interests, cutting off ties with it, removing its ambassadors, and putting an end to normalization initiatives.

It also demanded that “the Rafa'h land crossing be kept open, aid be brought in, and wounded people be transferred immediately to save thousands of lives in light of the ongoing aggression.”

Along the same line, it demanded that the UN and other international organizations “assume full responsibility, and carry out their duty and work immediately in the Gaza and northern governorates,” stressing the importance of allowing the displaced people’s return to their homes in the northern Gaza Strip.

The statement concluded by stressing that as long as the resistance persisted, all attempts to crush the Palestinian cause would fail.

The cost of this war, it noted, is “victory, return, self-determination and the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.”

Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

Palestinians injured, kidnaped by IOFs in the West Bank and Al-Quds (Jerusalem)

Thursday 14-March-2024, WEST BANK, (PIC)

A number of Palestinian citizens were injured and others were kidnaped after the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) carried out dawn campaigns in the West Bank and Al-Quds (Jerusalem) on Thursday.

According to local sources, two brothers were injured when Israeli soldiers savagely assaulted them during raids on homes in Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya village in southern Nablus.

According to local sources, two brothers from the family of Daraghma were rushed to Martyr Yasir 'Arafat Hospital in Salfeet City after Israeli occupation soldiers severely beat them during a raid on their house in Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya.

The IOFs reportedly stole gold jewelry and a sum of money from the house of Majid Daraghma during their campaign in the village.

In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), one citizen was taken prisoner following an IOFs raid in Al-Khadir town.

In Qalqilya, the IOFs carried out violent raids on homes in the city and stole a sum of money from a house belonging to the family of Al-Rabee' family.

7,585 West Bankers kidnaped by IOFs since last October

Thursday 14-March-2024, RAMALLAH, (PIC)

About 7,585 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank have been kidnaped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) since the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip started on October 7, 2023.

This came in a statement released by the Palestinian Commission of Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) on Thursday.

Those detainees include people who were kidnaped from homes or checkpoints as well as those who had to turn themselves in following Israeli pressures on their families, according to the Commission and PPS.

The Commission and PPS also said that dozens of Gazan citizens remain forcibly disappeared after they were kidnaped by the Israeli occupation army from different areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Commission and PPS affirmed that the Israeli army refuses to provide international and Palestinian human rights groups with information about the fate of those detainees, pointing out that some of those detainees had been killed during their detention.

320 Palestinian detainees in Gilboa living in a 'deadly hell', says Prisoners Authority

RAMALLAH, Thursday, March 14, 2024 (WAFA) -

The Palestinian Prisoners' Affairs Authority stated today that 320 Palestinian detainees in the Israeli prison of Gilboa are currently 'living in a deadly hell.'

The authority explained in a statement that the detainees are enduring a 'deadly hell' due to the racist Israeli policies and major changes that occurred after October 7th, which "turned Israeli prisons into real slaughterhouses, where torture and beatings in their worst forms are practiced."

"This has resulted in dozens of executions among detainees from Gaza, the West Bank, and the 1948-occupied territories," the authority said in a press statement.

The legal unit of the authority, which managed to visit detainee identified by his initials R.Y., a Palestinian from Toulkarm governorate who is sentenced to life imprisonment, conveyed horrific details of what he endured in the prison over the last few months.

He stated, "On October 8th, the prison was stormed in a provocative manner, we were tied up and all subjected to brutal beatings with batons, helmets, and legs all over the body. They seized all our personal and public belongings, disregarded the health condition of sick detainees and the elderly. They have turned the prison rooms into cells, prevented us from going to the prison yard and smoking, and isolated us from the outside world."

The detainee added in his testimony, "We have no clothes or blankets, and we are deprived of shaving machines, nail clippers, and cleaning materials. Sanctions and fines are imposed on us, organizational representation has been canceled, and we are rarely allowed to go to the prison clinic to get medication. The reality is harsher than anything we have experienced before."

The authority warned of Israel's continued punitive practices against Palestinian detainees, calling for breaking the silence in the face of organized crimes that reveal the true face of the Israeli occupation.

It emphasized that the international institutional absence in protecting Palestinian detainees is evidence of the subordination that the international system has reached in the face of these human rights abuses by the Israeli occupation.
