While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

GMO: Israeli army responsible for deaths of 13 patients at al-Shifa

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Government Media Office (GMO) in the Gaza Strip revealed that 13 patients died at the al-Shifa medical complex after the Israeli army deprived them of medicine, oxygen, and food.

Of the 13, four people on ventilators in intensive care died after Israeli troops cut off the electricity supply to the hospital, the GMO said in a statement issued Thursday.

In addition to arresting doctors and nurses and removing them, medical staff were forced to take off their clothes and prevented from entering patients’ rooms to try to save them.

“We hold the US administration, the international community, and the Israeli occupation fully responsible for these ongoing crimes against the sick, the wounded, medical teams, and our Palestinian people for the sixth month in a row,” the statement reads.

Last week, scores of Palestinians were massacred and injured in intense Israeli army shelling near Al-Shifa Hospital as they were breaking their fast in the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The artillery bombardment resulted in widespread fires, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians, including women and children, and forcing hundreds to flee to the east of Gaza City.

'Hamas says ‘silence’ on al-Shifa Hospital raid shows international failure

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

'Hamas condemned on Thursday evening the “shameful silence” on Israel’s ongoing raid on the al-Shifa Hospital complex and surrounding areas.

The group said it’s “a disgrace and a moral failure on the part of the international community and the United Nations” because they’ve been unable to stop Israel’s devastating war on Gaza.

It also denounced Washington’s financial and military support for Tel Aviv.

'Hamas said Arab countries and the international community must “take urgent action to stop this genocide and the systematic destruction of health facilities in the Gaza Strip.”

Last week, scores of Palestinians were massacred and injured in intense Israeli occupation army shelling near Al-Shifa Hospital as they were breaking their fast in the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The artillery bombardment resulted in widespread fires, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians, including women and children, and forcing hundreds to flee to the east of Gaza City.

The Israeli army admitted that its forces had killed about 140 Palestinians and detained hundreds since it carried out its recent raid on Al-Shifa Hospital. The Israeli army also forced many families to leave the facility and walk southward.

On Mother’s Day, PRCS says 37 mothers are martyred daily in Gaza

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) announced that about 37 Palestinian mothers are martyred every day in the Gaza Strip since October 7.

In a press statement on Thursday, the Red Crescent wrote on X, While the countries of the Arab world are celebrating Mother’s Day, there are 37 mothers being martyred every day, in the ongoing Israeli aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip, for the 167th day that led to the martyrdom of 32 thousand people, most of whom were women and children.

However, the international committees concerned with women’s rights have been ignoring the suffering of Palestinian mothers who are subject to killing, displacement, and food deprivation as part of Israel’s deliberate targeting of Palestinian women, it added.

The detainees and Ex-Detainees Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society announced that there are 28 mothers among 76 detained women languishing in Israeli occupation prisons, deprived of their families and children.

'Hamdan: 'Hamas is striving with every effort to end the aggression on Gaza

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

Senior 'Hamas official Osama 'Hamdan held on Wednesday evening a press conference in Beirut, revealing the latest updates on ceasefire talks in Doha, Qatar.

'Hamdan hailed the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip for their steadfastness in the face of the Israeli genocidal and starvation war, saying that “Hamas is striving with every effort and employing all its strength to end this aggressive war on our people, intensifying its efforts and endeavors in all directions to bring in relief and humanitarian aid and to heal the wounds of our patient and steadfast people on the land of resilient Gaza”.

“The Movement is following the course of negotiations through our mediator brothers in Egypt and Qatar, and has presented a comprehensive vision based on the principles and foundations we consider necessary for an agreement. This vision crystalizes the priorities of our people in stopping the aggression, returning the displaced to their homes, the withdrawal of the occupation forces from the Gaza Strip, and intensifying the entry of relief aid,” 'Hamdan added.

“The Movement has presented its vision regarding the prisoner exchange file, showing high positivity and flexibility, aiming to overcome obstacles to the agreement and to shorten the time to stop the massacres and the genocide war against our unarmed civilian people,” he highlighted.

'Hamdan said, “The Israeli response to the demands of the resistance was a negative response in general, not meeting the demands of our people and resistance. It even backtracked from agreements previously presented to the mediators and conveyed to us through them, deepening the policy of stalling, which could obstruct the negotiations and possibly lead them to a dead end.”

'Hamas, he added, responded to the mediators’ demands and provided the flexibility that paves the way for the agreement, adding that the ball is now in Israel’s court.

“We affirm that the Movement is monitoring the behavior of the occupation. With every round of negotiations, it escalates its crimes against our people, thinking that such crimes might gain it advantages at the negotiation table. We reiterate that what the occupation has not taken in the military battle and the crime of genocide, it will not take with political tricks and negotiation games,” the Hamas official said.

'Hamdan said, “We state clearly: Netanyahu personally, his terrorist government, and those who supported and still support his aggression bear all the responsibility for disrupting all efforts aimed at achieving a prisoner exchange deal and stop the aggression.”

Despite the Israeli age restrictions, thousands of Palestinian Muslims perform nighttime prayers at Aqsa Mosque

Thursday 21-March-2024,

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC)

Despite the Israeli age restrictions, about 30,000 Muslim worshipers performed on Wednesday the Isha and Tarawee'h prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque on the 10th night of the holy month of Ramadhan.

According to local sources, thousands of Palestinian citizens were able to reach the Aqsa Mosque despite the Israeli restrictions imposed on their entry to the Old City of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Police officers reportedly prevented many young men from entering the Mosque for prayers as part of the restrictions imposed on Muslim worshipers for the fifth consecutive month.

On the first day of the holy month of Ramadan, the Israeli occupation police deployed barbed wire on the fence adjacent to Al-Aqsa Mosque in the Bab Al-Asbat area in order to prevent Muslim worshipers from entering the holy site.

Guterres: Nothing justifies collective punishment in Gaza

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres emphasized on Wednesday that collective punishment of Palestinians in Gaza cannot be justified in any way.

This came in a joint press conference with the head of the European Commission in Brussels.

“Nowadays, over half of the population is facing catastrophic hunger. This is unprecedented and worsening day by day. We must act now before it is too late,” Guterres urged.

Guterres appealed to Israel to ensure “full and unrestricted” access to humanitarian goods throughout Gaza and for the international community to fully support the United Nations’ humanitarian efforts.

He also stressed that all international actors must “continue to do everything possible to stop the killings, achieve an immediate humanitarian ceasefire, and ensure the release of Israeli hostages.”

“Nothing justifies the collective punishment of the Palestinian people,” stated Guterres, who called on the international community to unite to “silence the guns.”

US-backed Israeli genocide in Gaza enters day 167

Thursday 21-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

As the US-backed Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip entered day 167 on Thursday, massive aerial and artillery strikes continued to pound neighborhoods, homes, shelter centers and aid convoys, and massacre more civilians, mostly children and women.

A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that the Israeli occupation army continued to attack different areas of Gaza, killing and injuring hundreds of citizens.

According to media sources, a number of civilians were killed and others were injured when the Israeli army bombed a car in Bani Suhayla City, east of Khan Younus in southern Gaza.

Israeli warplanes bombed a house in Al-Shati refugee camp in the west of Gaza City and two others belonging to the families of Al-'Aayidi and Saydam in Al-Maghazi refugee camp. There is no information available about casualties.

At dawn, the Israeli occupation forces ordered the displaced civilians and patients inside Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City to leave the facility and threatened to bomb directly.

A few days ago, the Israeli army admitted that its forces had killed about 140 Palestinians and detained hundreds since it carried out its recent raid on Al-Shifa Hospital. The Israeli army also forced many families to leave the facility and walk southwards.

Civil Defense: Israel refuses to allow access to the wounded in Gaza City

Thursday 21-March-2024,

GAZA, (PIC)

The Palestinian Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip announced on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation army refuses to coordinate with international groups such as the Red Cross in order to allow rescue crews access to hundreds of wounded Palestinians in the vicinity of al-Shifa Hospital in north Gaza.

“The occupation’s decision to prevent coordination is an extension of the policy of slow execution of innocent and wounded citizens under siege,” the organization said.

On Monday, Israeli forces launched a new assault on the medical complex and its surrounding area, killing at least 90 people and detaining hundreds.

By March 20, 2024, the health ministry added that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardment and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 31,923 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 74,096 people.

The number of Palestinian martyrs, who were killed by the Israeli occupation force (IOCs), in the West Bank has risen to nine in four separate incidents in less than 24 hours.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of the 18-year-old, Mu'hammed Abdul Kareem Sali'h, from Al-Am'ari refugee camp early Thursday morning, as a result of critical injuries sustained from being shot by live ammunition in the head by the Israeli occupation forces in Al-Am'ari refugee camp.

Palestinian sources identified the martyr as Mousa Sami'h Zaytoun, 63 years old, from the city of Al Khalil, who was shot by IOFs soldiers south of Bethlehem.

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

Armed illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian civilians in Al-Khaleel (Hebron)

Al-Khaleel (Hebron), Thursday, March 21, 2024 (WAFA) –

Armed illegal Israeli settlers launched an assault this evening on Palestinian civilians' vehicles in Wadi Al-'Husain area, located east of the city of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, while Israeli occupation forces prevented a large number of residents from reaching their homes, according to local sources.

The sources informed WAFA that a group of armed colonists, escorted by Israeli soldiers, attacked civilians' vehicles while they were parked near a mosque in  Al-J'abari neighborhood east of Hebron, smashing the windshield of one of the vehicles.

Israeli occupation forces also closed the so-called military Checkpoint 160 in the city, detained and mistreated several civilians, and prevented hundreds of them from reaching their homes, witnesses reported. The forces further fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters towards citizens.

Of note, Checkpoint 160, heavily manned by Israeli soldiers, is currently the only gate used by thousands of Palestinian residents from Al-J'abari and Al-Salayma neighborhoods in the old city of Hebron, after Israeli occupation forces completely closed off other entrances to the area in recent months.

Residents of the old city and neighborhoods located east of Hebron have been suffering from a significant increase in attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers and forces since October 7th last year. An evening curfew is imposed almost every day, preventing residents from leaving their homes.

Restrictions have also been imposed on residents' movement, allowing them specific times to enter and exit their neighborhoods through military checkpoints. After those hours, entry into those areas is prohibited.
