Here are some initial (not final) statistics, which show the Israeli war crimes against humanity, during the current Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip:  

By May 27, 2024, the initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip is 42,984+.   

This includes the accounted for deaths (36,050) and those who are still missing under the rubble (Corrected on April 18, 2024: 7,000+). 

By May 27, 2024, the documented injuries exceeded 81,026 and more than 2,520 civilians have been abducted from Gaza Strip. 70% of deaths were for children and women.

By May 27, 2024, 521 Palestinians who were killed, 4,391 who were injured, and 8,890 (corrected on May 27, 2024), who were abducted by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, since October 7, 2023 (Some of the detainees have been released).

By May 21, 2023, the Palestinian death toll in Gaza included 15,000+ children (43%).

By March 4, 2023, the death toll also included 13,420+ children, 8,900+ women (more than 72.8% of the accounted for victims), 364 doctors and medical staff, 132 journalists, and 48 civil defense workers. 

By May 25, 2024, the Government Media Office (GMO) said that the Israeli occupation forces killed 493 health personnel and kidnapped 310 others of them.

By January 17, 2024, about 661 detainees from Gaza are currently languishing in Israeli prisons as “illegitimate combatants” (the Israeli term for Palestinian fighters) in addition to more than 50 women from Gaza, who are detained in the Damon prison, noting that 8 women of whom have been recently released.

By March 4, 2024, the Government Media Office (GMO) said that the Israeli occupation forces killed 493 health personnel and kidnapped 310 others of them (May 25, 2024), destroyed 155 health institutions, 32 hospitals, 53 health centers, 126 ambulances, displaced 1.9 million Palestinians, and destroyed 360,000 housing units, about and 60% of the buildings and infrastructure in Gaza Strip.

GMO reveals latest statistics on Israeli genocidal war on Gaza

The Palestinian Government Media Office (GMO) in the Gaza Strip revealed on Saturday the latest and most significant figures on the Israeli ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7.

This announcement comes as the latest updates from the GMO, showing the scale of human and material damage that resulted from the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, on its 120th day.

The statistics demonstrated latest updates on the numbers of martyrs, missing, and wounded people in addition to the sick, displaced and prisoners as well as numbers of damaged structures and infrastructure.

Below are figures released by the GMO about Israel’s violations over the period of 120 days since the start of its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

Amnesty International says Israeli air strikes that killed 44 civilians further evidence of war crimes

PARIS, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) - 

The International Criminal Court should investigate as war crimes three Israeli air strikes that killed 44 Palestinian civilians, including 32 children, in the occupied Gaza Strip last month, Amnesty International said today.

The strikes – one on Al-Maghazi on 16 April, and two on Rafa'h on 19 and 20 April 2024 – also injured at least 20 civilians, and are further evidence of a broader pattern of war crimes committed by the Israeli military in the occupied Gaza Strip in the last seven months.

“These devastating strikes have decimated families and cruelly cut short the lives of 32 children,” said Erika Guevara-Rosas, Amnesty International’s Senior Director for Research, Advocacy, Policy and Campaigns.

For this latest investigation, Amnesty International interviewed 17 survivors and witnesses, surveyed the locations of the strikes, visited a hospital where the wounded were receiving treatment, photographed remnants of the munitions used in the attacks for expert identification, reviewed video and photographic material obtained from local sources and available on social media, and examined satellite imagery of the locations.

In all three cases, Amnesty International did not find any evidence that there had been any military targets in or around the locations targeted by the Israeli military, raising serious concerns that these attacks amount to direct attacks on civilians and civilian objects, which are war crimes. Israel has not provided any information about the attacks in Rafa'h, and has only provided general allegations, which it later contradicted, regarding the attack on Al-Maghazi.

Even if the Israeli occupation forces had intended to target legitimate military objectives in the vicinity of these three strikes, the evidence indicates these attacks did not distinguish between military objectives and civilian objects, and as such would therefore be indiscriminate. Indiscriminate attacks that kill or injure civilians, or destroy or damage civilian objects, are war crimes.

The evidence collected by Amnesty International also indicates the Israeli military failed to provide warning – at minimum to anyone living in the locations that were hit – before launching the attacks.

'Hamas holds US president fully responsible for Rafa'h massacre

The 'Hamas Movement has held US president Joe Biden and his administration fully responsible for the Israeli massacre in Rafa'h (for providing the Israeli occupation army with weapons), which claimed that lives of dozens of displaced Palestinians inside their tents on Sunday night (May 26, 2024).

“This massacre would not have been committed by the Zionist entity without the American support and green light for its invasion of Rafa'h, although this area is crowded with displaced citizens,” 'Hamas said in a statement on Monday.

'Hamas stressed the need for pressuring the Israeli occupation apartheid regime to stop the mass killings of innocent civilians, including children, women and elderlies, and immediately abide by the orders issued by the International Court of Justice.

For its part, the Islamic Jihad Movement has condemned the Rafa'h massacre as a “new Israeli war crime” and part of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza.

“The targeting of civilians in shelter camps reflects the depth of the military failure that has afflicted the enemy in the battlefield,” Islamic Jihad said.

UN: Half of Gaza population at imminent risk of famine

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) warned on Sunday that half of the population of the Gaza Strip is at imminent risk of famine, including around 15,000 pregnant women.

In a post on its X account, UNFPA said that half of Gaza’s population is at imminent risk of famine. “This is unbelievable and can be avoided.”

UNFPA stressed that famine is at the door in Gaza due to Israel’s blocking of aid access, stressing the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza given the dire needs of the population for humanitarian assistance.

Earlier, the Palestinian health ministry revealed that, by May 26, 2024, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardments and shooting attacks, which started on October 7, climbed to 35,984 martyrs and the number of wounded surged to 80,643 people.

After ICJ order to halt attacks on Rafa'h, the Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces launch over 60 air raids on the city in 48 hours

Israel continues to ignore orders from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), including the Court’s most recent ruling. This ruling requires Israel to halt its military assault on the Rafa'h Governorate in the southern Gaza Strip and reopen the Rafa'h border crossing to facilitate the movement of people and humanitarian aid, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement released on Sunday.

In the 48 hours that followed the ICJ’s ruling on Friday, May 24, however, Israel conducted more than 60 air raids on Rafa'h, the rights group revealed.

Furthermore, dozens of artillery shells and constant gunfire were fired in areas of Rafa'h where the Israeli military was encroaching, it added.

Thirteen Palestinians were killed in the 48 hours following the Court’s ruling, including six members of the Qishta family, an elderly mother and three of her children—two girls and one boy —and an adult son and his two children.

Three air raids were also carried out on the same day (25 May) targeting the city’s Al-Shaboura Camp and 'Awni Dthuhair Street, resulting in the killing of five civilians.

A Palestinian was also killed and others were injured on Sunday afternoon when Israeli aircraft bombed Al-Rasras family’s house in the center of Rafa'h city, while another Palestinian was killed and others were injured on the day of the Court session.

During the Court session to decide on South Africa’s request, the Israeli army increased its intense bombing of central Rafa'h, including the Shaboura camp.

It destroyed numerous homes and streets, and later claimed that the incident was connected to an unsuccessful attempt to assassinate a leader in a Palestinian faction.

Israel did not hold back in publicly rejecting the Court’s ruling. The bombing, killing, and destruction intensified immediately after the session ended.

The Israeli occupation apartheid government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, swiftly denounced the Court’s decision and attacked it, citing religious statements that denigrate non-Jews. Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir responded, “Our future does not depend on what the gentiles say, but rather on what we Jews do.”

Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor reiterates its call on all nations to fulfill their international obligations and halt all military, political, and financial support for Israel’s military assault on the Gaza Strip. In particular, all arms transfers to Israel, including export permits and military assistance, must end immediately; otherwise, these nations will be considered complicit in Israeli crimes committed in the Strip, including genocide.

Furthermore, Euro-Med Monitor urges the International Criminal Court (ICC) to acknowledge and handle Israel’s crimes in the Gaza Strip as international crimes, as they fall under the Court’s jurisdiction. Additionally, Euro-Med Monitor asks the Court to expand its lists of arrest warrants to include more Israeli officials.

UNRWA calls Israel's attack on Rafah 'horrifying'

GENEVA, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) – 

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) said today that Israeli attacks on families who seek a safe haven in Rafa'h, in the southern Gaza Strip, are horrific.

In a post on X, the Agency said that "information coming out of #Rafah about further attacks on families seeking shelter is horrifying."

"There are reports of mass causalities including children and women among those killed. Gaza is hell on earth. Images from last night are yet another testament to that," it said.

"We do not have an established communications line with our colleagues on the ground. We are not able to confirm their location & are extremely concerned for their wellbeing, and the wellbeing of all the displaced people sheltering in this area. No place is safe. No one is safe," it added.

In a new massacre, at least 40 civilians were killed and others were injured, mostly children and women, in the Israeli occupation's bombardment of the tents of displaced people northwest of the city of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that at least 40 citizens were killed and others were injured after the occupation forces targeted, with at least eight missiles, the tents of people sheltering in a displacement camp that was recently established near the warehouses of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), northwest of Rafa'h.

Medical sources confirmed that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 7, 2023, has risen to 35,984, the majority of whom are women and children. In addition, 80,643 people were wounded.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime designates a UN institution as terror groups

UNRWA media advisor 'Adnan Abu 'Hasna has stressed that no country has the right to classify one of the major UN organizations a terrorist entity, warning that any Israeli step in this regard would be a dangerous escalation and lead to serious consequences.

Abu 'Hasna made his remarks after the Israeli occupation apartheid regime so-called parliament (Knesset) held a preliminary vote on Sunday to designate UNRWA as a terrorist organization and sever all Israeli ties with the international body, which is the main relief service provider for over 5.9 million Palestinian refugees in the Middle East.

Abu Hasna said that UNRWA is an organization established by a UN General Assembly resolution, which has mandated the agency to run the affairs of Palestinian refugees and provide them with educational, health, relief and employment services until a just solution to the Palestinian question is reached.

The media official pointed out that all the countries that suspended their funding to UNRWA several months ago resumed their financial support for the agency, except for the US and Britain, affirming that UNRWA is considered “the pride of humanitarian work worldwide.”

Israeli ‘cruelty’ in Gaza, blatant defiance of int'l law unacceptable: UN rapporteur

RAMALLAH, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) - 

The UN’s special rapporteur on Palestine on Monday criticized the “cruelty” of Israel on Palestinians, urging the international community to increase “external pressure” on the country to stop “Gaza genocide.”

“More horror in the #GazaGhetto,” Francesca Albanese said on X.

“The Israeli occupation forces have bombed a camp for displaced Palestinians in #Rafah, causing plastic tents to catch fire and tragically burning people alive,” she lamented.

“This cruelty, along with blatant defiance of the int'l law and system, is unacceptable,” the official criticized.

Albanese further called on the international community: “The #GazaGenocide‌ will not easily end without external pressure: Israel must face sanctions, justice, suspension of agreements, trade, partnership and investments, as well as participation in int'l forums.”

ActionAid says is 'outraged and heartbroken by recent attacks in West Rafa'h

RAMALLAH, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) -

ActionAid has Monday issued a statement on the atrocious Israeli attack in West Rafah, expressing outrage.

"We are outraged and heartbroken by the recent attacks in West Rafa'h, where Israeli fighter jets launched eight missiles at makeshift shelters housing internally displaced persons (IDPs) next to UNRWA warehouses stocking vital aid," the organization said in a statement.

"These shelters were supposed to be safe havens for innocent civilians, yet they became targets of brutal violence. Children, women, and men are being burned alive under their tents and shelters."

"The Civil Defense in Gaza estimates that around 100,000 IDPs are currently in the targeted areas. So far, 50 burned bodies have been recovered as people try to work through the raging fire. We anticipate the number of casualties to rise. The images coming from our partners of burned bodies are a scar on the face of humanity and the global community, which so far has failed to protect the people of Gaza. One of our own ActionAid colleagues narrowly escaped this atrocity, having left the shelter just a day before the attack. But nobody's safety is guaranteed in Gaza," ActionAid continued.

An ActionAid humanitarian youth activist described the relentless terror: "Even though we've been in the war for, I don't know how many days now, every day that passes feels like the first day of the war. Within seconds, they bombed a tent area in Rafah with more than eight missiles. There are no stones or roofs... Only metal and nylon sheets! Hundreds of people thought they are sleeping safely and won't die, so they went to these areas and lived there to escape death. Now dozens of people are dying, and dozens or even hundreds of people or more are injured, but no one knows yet... Not to mention the total burning of everything people own! And how many times has this burning happened?! And this is nothing compared to the number of other crimes that have been happening".

"ActionAid condemns this inhumane and barbaric act in the strongest terms. We urgently call for an immediate cessation of hostilities and the protection of civilians. We stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza and urge the international community to take swift action to prevent further loss of innocent lives," the statement concluded.

New war crimes complaint submitted to the ICC regarding Israel’s ongoing assault on journalists in Gaza

GENEVA, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) - 

Reporters Without Borders has filed a war crimes complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding the deaths of Palestinian journalists killed in the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.

The organization called on the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to "investigate crimes committed against at least nine Palestinian reporters between December 15, 2023 and May 20, 2024."

It said that this is the third complaint the organization has filed regarding the killing of journalists in Gaza before the International Criminal Court.

The new complaint refers to eight new cases of Palestinian journalists killed and a reporter injured by occupation warplanes and military tanks while exercising their journalistic duties.

The non-governmental organization confirmed that it has "reasonable reasons to believe that some of these journalists were victims of premeditated murders and others were victims of deliberate attacks against civilians by the Israeli army."

In early January, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court said that crimes against journalists were included in his investigation into war crimes in Gaza.

The Israeli occupation continued today its aggression against the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7th, killing 35,984 people, the majority of whom were children and women, and injuring 80,643 others. Thousands of victims remain missing under the rubble or scattered on the roads.

PGMO: Israeli closure of Rafa'h crossing worsens humanitarian crisis, threatens famine

The head of the Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in the Gaza Strip, Salama Ma'rouf, has warned that the Israeli occupation army’s persistence in not allowing aid convoys to enter the Gaza Strip through the border crossings of Rafa'h and Karm Abu Salim would deepen the humanitarian crisis and tighten the siege on the war-torn coastal enclave.

Ma'rouf added, in a statement on Sunday, that the Israeli closure of these crossings would make the people in Gaza City and northern Gaza face another round of severe famine soon and deepen food insecurity in the central and southern areas of the Strip, especially after tens of thousands of citizens were displaced from Rafa'h as a result of the ongoing Israeli ground operation and military attacks.

Ma'rouf pointed out that the relief efforts provided to the people of the Gaza Strip do not meet their minimum needs in the midst of the worsening humanitarian catastrophe resulting from the Israeli war of genocide and starvation.

Ma'rouf explained that the humanitarian aid that had entered the Strip through the sea pier since the beginning of its work did not exceed 100 truckload, adding that 214 trucks entered Gaza City and northern Gaza last week from the west of Bait Lahya, including 109 trucks carrying flour for bakeries and citizens and six other trucks carrying medicines.

The PGMO head reiterated the need for the Israeli military withdrawal from the Rafa'h crossing, stressing that land crossings are “the most feasible and effective pathways for bringing aid into the Gaza Strip in order to address the food shortage crisis and prevent the looming famine threatening the entire Strip.”

He called for pressuring the Israeli occupation authority to allow in aid trucks by land, especially through the well-known crossings of Rafa'h and Karm Abu Salim and revive the other border crossings of Al-Mintar, Al-Shuja’iya, and Bait 'Hanoun.

Four Palestinians were Monday morning killed and others were injured in a bombing by occupation aircraft west of Gaza City, south of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli bombing on Gaza camp kills three, injures others

Three Palestinians were killed today, and others were injured, in an Israeli occupation bombing of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources said that the Israeli warplanes targeted a group of citizens on Al-Zuhour Street in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, killing three people and injuring others.

They added that the Israeli warplanes also bombed the vicinity of an UNRWA shelter for displaced persons on Salahuddeen  Street, east of Dair El-Bala'h, wounding a number of people.

PGMO: 45 Palestinian civilians in Gaza massacred in their tents, last night in Rafa'h

The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza said that more than 45 (30 in initial reports) Palestinian were martyred and many were injured by Israeli airstrikes last night on a camp sheltering displaced civilians in the northwest of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip.

In a news conference held outside Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza on Sunday night, a spokesman for PGMO said that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime army bombed more than 10 shelter centers belonging to UNRWA during the past hours.

The spokesman pointed out that the bombed shelter areas had already been declared by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime army as “safe zones,” stressing that the targeting of civilian shelter gatherings in Rafa'h sent a message that the holocaust against the Palestinians in Gaza would not stop.

The spokesman urged the International Court of Justice and human rights organizations to take steps to prosecute Israeli war criminals.

“We continue to strongly condemn and denounce the ongoing genocidal war and massacres against displaced civilians and the attacks on shelter centers, which claimed the lives of over 190 people and injured dozens, in Jabalya, Al-Nusayrat and Gaza during the past 24 hours, and in Rafa'h a while ago,” the spokesman said.

“We call on the free world’s countries to condemn this brutal crime that was committed by the occupation and the Americans,” he added.

The spokesman held the US administration and the European countries involved in the Israeli war crimes in Gaza Strip, especially Germany, fully responsible for the ongoing Israeli genocidal war against on the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Scores of civilians killed and inured in an Israeli airstrike on the central Gaza Strip

Scores of civilians today were killed  and others were injured in an Israeli airstrike near the 'Ain Jalout towers, south of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a group of civilians near Ain Jalout towers, causing causalities among civilians, including the two brothers A'hmed, 17, and Isma'eel Abu Al-Lail, 15, while they were trying to obtain drinking water for their family.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continued today its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7th, killing 35,984 people, the majority of whom were children and women, and injuring 80,643 others (by May 26, 2024). Thousands of victims remain missing under the rubble or scattered on the roads.

Day 234 of Genocide: Children, women, killed in Israeli bombardment in Gaza

GAZA, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) - 

A number of Palestinian civilians were killed and injured, on Monday, by Israeli bombing north of Gaza City, Al-Buraij refugee Camp, and Jabalya, on the 234th day of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.

Local sources said that occupation artillery bombed Al-Falouja area in Jabalya refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip, in conjunction with another bombing that targeted Al-Zaytoun and Al-Sabra neighborhoods, south of Gaza City.

They added that the occupation warplanes bombed the home of Al-Batran family in Al-Zarqa area, north of Gaza City, killing five people and injuring others, including a child who was born following years of waiting, but she and her pregnant mother were both killed in the strike.

WAFA correspondent said that the occupation artillery violently bombed the neighborhoods of Al-Sabra, Al-Zaytoun and Tel Al-Hawa in Gaza City, coinciding with shooting on the southwestern areas of Gaza City from the occupation warplanes.

He added that the occupation forces broke into the east of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip, and fired fire and artillery shells at the citizens.

A citizen was killed and others were injured in a bombing by occupation warplanes on a house in Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

In the south, occupation artillery bombed Qishta neighborhood and  Yibna camp in central and southern Rafa'h.

The occupation navy fired heavy machine guns at the boats of fishermen working in Al-Qarara Sea, northwest of the city of Khan Younus.

In a new massacre, at least 40 civilians were killed and others were injured, mostly children and women, in the Israeli occupation's bombardment of the tents of displaced people northwest of the city of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that at least 40 citizens were killed and others were injured after the occupation forces targeted, with at least eight missiles, the tents of people sheltering in a displacement camp that was recently established near the warehouses of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), northwest of Rafa'h.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces (IOARFs) shot and killed a 14-year-old Palestinian child in the West Bank city of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), on Sunday afternoon over an alleged stabbing attack (the usual allegation to justify killing innocent Palestinian civilians).

Palestinian Health Ministry affirmed that Majd Shahir 'Arameen, 14, was shot and killed in Sa’ir town of Al-Khaleel (Hebron).

In a separate incident, the IOARFs shot and injured a young Palestinian man at the Bait Einoun junction, north of al-Khalil. His fate remains unknown.

However, Israeli military sources said that a young Palestinian man was killed near Bait Einoun, for allegedly attempting to carry out a stabbing attack.

Since the outbreak of Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, the West Bank has been witnessing nearly daily confrontations between local residents and the Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces, which have resulted in thousands of arrests, and hundreds of casualties.

Clashes, resistance operations reported in West Bank

Palestinian youths and resistance fighters clashed and attacked Israeli forces and settlers in different areas of the occupied West Bank last night and at dawn Monday, amid reported arrests in some towns.

According to local sources, armed clashes broke out between resistance fighters and Israeli forces in Jenin City.

The IOF also stormed Kafr Dan town, west of Jenin, and kidnaped one citizen from his home, amid clashes with local youths.

Local sources said that the IOFs detonated a number of private cars and seized others during its raid in Kafr Dan

Meanwhile, resistance fighters showered the illegal Israeli settlement of Shaked (built illegally on confiscated Palestinian land) last night in western Jineen with bullets in response to the Israeli massacre in Rafa'h.

Overnight skirmishes and gunfights also happened between Palestinian youths and the Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces near the military bases of Dotan and Salem in western Jenin.

Media sources reported that resistance fighters opened fire at a military checkpoint near Ya’bad town and withdrew from the area.

Since 33 days, Israeli forces have been occupying the house of a Palestinian citizen in Jalboun village, northeast of Jenin, and using it as a center to carry out raids on homes and arrests in the area.

In Nablus, a settler reportedly injured after Palestinian youths hurled stones at his car near 'Huwara town and caused material damage to it.

In Tulkarem, a resistance group said it fired a hail of bullets at the Israeli checkpoint of Nitzanei Oz, describing the attack as a first response to the heinous Israeli crimes against the Palestinians in Gaza.

In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), violent clashes took place between local youths and Israeli forces in 'Husan village.

Local youths also attacked with stones and homemade bombs settler cars traveling on a road near 'Husan village, injuring one settler.

In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped a young man after ransacking his home in Bait Ummar town, while resistance fighters attacked Israeli soldiers in Wadi Al-Shuyukh area in Al-'Arroub refugee camp with pipe bombs.

Local youths also showered the IOFs watchtower at the main entrance of Al-'Arroub camp with firecrackers.

In Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), the Israeli occupation apartheid regime police forces clashed with local youths in Shu'fat refugee camp and kidnaped one young man.

Israeli occupation forces detain at least 14 Palestinians in the West Bank

RAMALLAH, Monday, May 27, 2027 (WAFA) - 

Israeli occupation forces detained 14 Palestinian, including a child and former detainees, according to a joint statement by the Detainees' Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoners' Society.

The detentions were concentrated in the city of Hebron, while the other detentions took place across various West Bank governorates, including Ramallah, Jineen, Al-Beerih, and Aree'ha (Jericho), the statement said.

During these operations, Israeli forces carried out assaults and intimidated some of the detainees and their families, in addition to vandalizing and destroying homes.

Since October 7, the total number of Palestinians detained in the occupied West Bank has risen to over 8,890. This figure includes individuals apprehended from their homes, at military checkpoints, those who surrendered under duress, and those taken hostage.

These statistics cover both those who remain in detention and those who have been subsequently released.

Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian citizen from the town of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin, and blew up a number of Palestinian-owned vehicles.

Local sources said that the occupation army stormed the town, blew up a number of vehicles, and seized a number of others.

Confrontations broke out between young men and the occupation forces, who fired bullets, poison gas bombs, and sound bombs without causing any casualties.

Security sources told WAFA that the occupation forces detained Rashad Ma'hmoud Abu Al-Haija after raiding his house and damaging its contents.

The sources explained that the occupation forces raided a number of homes in the town, as soldiers also mounted the roofs of a number of them.

Meanwhile, confrontations broke out this morning between young men and the occupation forces, who fired live bullets in the vicinity of the Dotan and Salem camps.

The head of the Jalboun Village Council, Ibrahim Abu Al-Rub, told WAFA that the occupation forces are still seizing a house owned by local resident Rafi’ Rafeeq Abu Al-Rub for the 33rd day in a row, pointing out that the suffering of citizens in the village is increasing day after day as a result of the occupation’s policy and aggression through arrests and house raids.

Israeli far-right security minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who lives illegally in an illegal Israeli settlement in the West Bank, stormed on Sunday evening the Palestinian neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)m, under tight police protection.

Ben Gvir joined hundreds of extremist Jewish settlers who flocked to the neighborhood to celebrate what they call the Lag B’Omer festival.

Local sources said that groups of the illegal Israeli settlers carried out provocative practices and harassed Palestinian citizens living in the neighborhood, while playing boisterous songs during the night hours.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime police reportedly had closed the entire neighborhood of Al-Shaikh Jarra'h since Sunday morning and imposed a curfew on the local residents in order to facilitate the movement of settlers, who already seized and bulldozed a Palestinian-owned tract of land in the area to use it for their celebrations.

Illegal Israeli settlers set fire to agricultural land to the south of Nablus

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers today set fire to agricultural fields owned by Palestinians in the town of Douma, south of Nablus.

The head of the village council in Douma, Sulayman Dawabsha, said that a group of Israeli colonists set fire to privately-owned agricultural land located at the western part of the town, causing olive trees and other crops to catch fire.

In a related context, colonists set large swathes of land on fire in the village of 'Husan, west of Bethlehem.

The head of the village council in 'Husan, Jamal Sabateen, said scores of Israeli colonists from the illegal colonial outpost of Beitar Illit set fire to lands planted with vines and olive trees, destroying some of them.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack shops and their owners in Nablus

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers today attacked shops and their owners in the town of Sebastya, northwest of Nablus.

The mayor of Sebastya, Mu'hammed 'Aazim, said that a group of Israeli colonists stormed the archaeological site in the town, attacked shop owners in the area and forced them to close them.

The attack was carried out in full sight of the Israeli occupation apartheid regime soldiers, who stood idly by and did nothing to stop the illegal settlers.
