While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society announces the killing of two of its crews in an Israeli airstrike on Rafa'h

GAZA, Thursday, May 30, 2027 (WAFA) -

The Palestine Red Crescent Society today announced the killing of two of its crews in an Israeli airstrike targeting the city of Rafa'h, south of the Gaza Strip, bringing the number of PRCS`S crews killed in the ongoing Israeli airstrikes to 19 since October 7th.

Israel has been waging a war on Gaza that has left more than 117,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and about 10,000 missing amid massive destruction and famine that claimed the lives of children and the elderly.

The association said in a post on X, “Our crews were able to recover the bodies of paramedics Haitham Tubasi and Suhail Hassouna, who were targeted by the occupation last night in the Tal al-Sultan area, west of Rafa'h.”

PRCS said that the Israeli army "directly bombed a Red Crescent ambulance in Tal Al-Sultan while they were performing their humanitarian duty."

Within 48 hours since Sunday evening, Israel committed a series of massacres against displaced people in areas west of Rafa'h that it previously claimed were “safe,” despite the issuance of an order from the International Court of Justice to immediately stop the ongoing ground attack in the city since May 6.

These massacres resulted in the killing of 72 Palestinians, according to Palestinian sources, and 200 dead, according to a UN official. The discrepancy in the outcome is due to Rafa'h’s hospitals being out of service and the presence of many critical injuries without medical intervention.

Since the start of the war, the Israeli army has deliberately destroyed the health system in Gaza. This has put many hospitals out of service. It caused the death of wounded and sick people, according to Palestinian and UN data.

For the 18th year, Israel has besieged the Gaza Strip, and its war forced about two million of its residents, numbering about 2.3 million Palestinians, to flee in catastrophic conditions, with severe scarcity of food, water, and medicine.

Israel continues the war on Gaza despite orders from the International Court of Justice to immediately stop the ground attack on the city of Rafa'h and to take temporary measures to prevent acts of “genocide” and improve the dire humanitarian situation in the Strip.

Israel also ignores the International Criminal Court’s intention to issue international arrest warrants against its Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and its Defense Minister, Yoav Galant. For their responsibility for “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” in Gaza.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime defies ICJ ruling, continues to commit genocide in Gaza, says Palestine representative in the UN

NABLUS, Thursday, May 30, 2027 (WAFA) –

The Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the United Nations, Minister Riyadh Mansour, said that Israel continues to defy the world and continues to commit the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip despite the ICJ`s ruling to stop the crime  of genocide and stop the killing of Palestinian civilians.

This came during the speech of the State of Palestine, delivered by Mansour at the tenth session of the ministerial meeting of the Arab-Chinese Cooperation Forum, held in the Chinese capital, Beijing, and it addresses regional and international issues of common concern, most notably the Palestinian issue.

He pointed out that these are all policies and practices that are contrary to international law, the United Nations Charter and its resolutions, and serve to achieve one goal, which is to eliminate any hope for the sovereignty of a Palestinian state.

Mansour explained that what is happening now in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, and especially the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, confirms the compatibility of the political reading of China and the Arab countries, as China was the first to demand an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip to protect civilians and prevent the expansion of the conflict.

He pointed out that China, as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, played a pivotal role in supporting the Arab position in adopting Security Council Resolutions 2712, 2720, and 2728.

He stressed the need to intensify efforts for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza to stop bloodshed and protect lives, and to introduce humanitarian aid adequately, permanently and immediately without any obstacles.

Mansour further called for supporting the efforts of the United Nations, especially UNRWA, and provide financial and political support to it as it is the backbone that has no alternative, especially in the Gaza Strip, which is now suffering from famine and intentional starvation.

Brazil recalls its ambassador to Israel in protest against Gaza aggression

Wednesday 29-May-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

Brazil has recalled its ambassador to Israel and will not immediately appoint a replacement, a diplomatic source told AFP Wednesday, ratcheting up tensions between the two governments over Israel’s aggression on Gaza.

Relations between Brazil and Israel have soured over the Israeli war, with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in February accusing the Israeli government of “genocide”.

Israel reacted furiously, declaring the Brazilian leader a “persona non grata”.

Israel had previously summoned the South American country’s ambassador Frederico Meyer to a meeting at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial center in Jerusalem, which the Brazilian source said “was a humiliation to which [Meyer] was subjected.”

In response, Brazil recalled Meyer for consultations, and in turn summoned Israel’s representative in Brasilia.

The source said conditions had not been met for Meyer “to return” to Israel.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Doctors Without Borders: Israel must end its campaign of death and destruction in Gaza

Thursday 30-May-2024

GENEVA, (PIC)

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/Doctors Without Borders has called for an immediate end to the Rafa'h offensive and the ongoing atrocities across the Gaza Strip. Israel’s military strategy of repeatedly launching attacks in densely populated areas inevitably leads to the mass killing of civilians, it added.

MSF said, in a statement on its website on Thursday, that Israel’s military strategy of repeatedly launching attacks in densely populated areas inevitably leads to the mass killing of civilians.

It quoted Chris Lockyear, MSF Secretary General, as saying, “Civilians are being massacred. They are being pushed into areas they were told would be safe only to be subjected to relentless airstrikes and heavy fighting.”

“Entire families, made up of dozens of people, are crowded into tents and living in extremely difficult conditions. Over 900,000 people were forcibly displaced again as Israeli forces intensified their offensive on Rafah in early May,” Lockyear highlighted.

The organization’s statement indicated that medical staff and patients at an MSF supported trauma stabilization point in Tal Al-Sultan in Rafah were also forced to flee on the night of May 27, as hostilities in the area intensified, effectively stopping all medical activities in the facility.

This forced evacuation of yet another healthcare facility 24 hours after Israeli forces carried out an air strike on what they had designated as a “safe zone”, killing at least 49 people and wounding over 250 others.

The statement pointed out that these patients were stabilized and referred to field hospitals located towards Al-Mawasi, further west, as there are no remaining functional trauma hospitals able to cope with such a mass casualty event.

The organization pointed out that just last week, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordered Israel to “immediately” halt its military offensive in Rafa'h and to let in desperately needed humanitarian assistance, and ensure it reaches those who need it.

“But Israel’s offensive in southern Gaza has since escalated, no amount of meaningful humanitarian assistance has entered the enclave since May 6, and the pattern of systematic attacks on healthcare has continued,” it added.

The MSF considered “all countries supporting Israel’s military operations in these circumstances are morally and politically complicit”, calling on countries, particularly the United States, United Kingdom, and allied European Union Member States, to do whatever in their power to influence Israel to stop the ongoing siege and continued attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure in Gaza.

The organization stressed that after nearly eight months into the war, there is no longer a single healthcare facility in Gaza that has the capacity to handle a mass casualty event such as the attack on Rafa'h.

It concluded its statement by calling for respect and protecting medical facilities, their staff, and patients, and demanding that Israel immediately halt its offensive on Rafa'h and to open the Rafa'h crossing point to let in humanitarian and medical assistance at scale and for an immediate and sustained ceasefire throughout Gaza.

Significant decline in Gaza aids, condemnation of Israeli attacks on hospitals

Thursday 30-May-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) announced that the amount of food and humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip has decreased by two-thirds since Israel began its military operation in Rafah on May 7 of the current month.

The UN OCHA office said in a statement on Wednesday that “the amount of food and other aid entering Gaza, which was already insufficient to meet the growing needs, has been further reduced since May 7th.”

The office noted that since May 7th until yesterday, Tuesday, the average number of trucks reaching Gaza was 58 trucks per day, compared to a daily average of 176 aid trucks from April 1st to May 6th, representing a 67% decrease. This figure does not include private sector goods and fuel.

The United Nations has long said that at least 500 trucks of aid and commercial goods per day are needed to be brought into the Strip.

As Israel has waged its devastating aggression for about 8 months, the aids provided to the 2.2 million Palestinian residents of the Strip has mainly entered through two crossings in southern Gaza, the Rafa'h crossing from Egypt and the Karm Abu Salim crossing from Israel.

The UN OCHA office explained that aid trucks have dwindled due to the closure of the Rafa'h crossing, the inability to safely and continuously transport goods through the Karm Abu Salim crossing, as well as the limited delivery operations through other entry points.

The OCHA office also noted that no aid entered Gaza from the sea port on Monday and Tuesday.

WHO condemnation

Meanwhile, more than 30 countries at a World Health Organization (WHO) meeting on Wednesday condemned Israel’s attacks on hospitals in Gaza and called for an investigation into its role in the health crisis in the enclave, while some countries also held Israel responsible for exacerbating the risk of famine.

WHO has documented hundreds of attacks on health facilities in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Gaza, since the start of the offensive on the enclave last October 7.

This month, Israel launched a new military operation on the city of Rafa'h, leading to the suspension of patient transfers, the disruption of medical supplies, and threats to the last functioning hospital in the city.

A group of countries at the annual WHO meeting in Geneva is supporting a proposal that empowers the United Nations agency to support the documentation of the disastrous humanitarian crisis in Gaza and write reports on hunger, amid UN warnings of the outbreak of famine and disease after about 8 months of the devastating war on Gaza.

The proposal is supported by more than 30 countries, mostly from Africa and the Gulf region, in addition to Russia, Türkiye and China, and more countries have expressed support for the proposal in their comments. It was expected to be voted on later on Wednesday, but the heated debate postponed it to Thursday.

On another note, the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, stressed the rejection of any attempt to designate the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) as a terrorist organization.

This came during his meeting with UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini on Wednesday, in response to Israel’s decision to designate the UN agency as a terrorist organization, according to a post by Borrell on X.

Borrell said, “I met with Lazzarini, he no longer has words to describe the situation in Gaza, day after day the procession of death continues, people not only lose their lives, but hope and the social fabric are being destroyed.”

Borrell stressed the need to put an end to this tragedy which “offends our conscience and our humanity.”

He went on to reaffirm the EU support for UNRWA, praising its work and team, and noted the resumption of financial support for the agency, stating that the next installment of the European Union’s support is on its way. He said firmly, “We reject any attempt to designate UNRWA as a terrorist organization, as it remains the indispensable lifeline for Palestinians.”

Earlier on Wednesday, the Israeli Knesset approved in a preliminary reading a bill to revoke UNRWA’s immunity and privileges in 2024. It still needs to pass three more readings to become law, as part of what Palestinian, UN and international parties describe as an Israeli campaign to dismantle UNRWA and end the refugee issue.

Rights organization: Israeli systematic medical neglect worsens Palestinian sick prisoners’ health

Wednesday 29-May-2024

GAZA, (PIC)

The Prisoners Affairs Commission revealed in a report on Wednesday after its lawyers’ visits to Israeli prisons the tragic conditions of two medical cases languishing in those prisons.

It added that the Israeli Prison Service (IPS) detains those two Palestinians in tragic and extremely difficult health conditions, in addition to the clear and deliberate medical violations practiced against them, which has exacerbated their health condition.

The Commission explained that the prisoner Hassan Hamad suffers from a weakened heart muscle, as it operates at only 30% of its normal functioning capacity, and the heart works with the help of an external battery to improve its performance. He takes heart medications even before his arrest, but the prison clinic does not provide them at the pretext that they are outside the medication basket. He also suffers from kidney disease since childhood and needs to take injections every 6 months, but the IPS does not provide them.

Regarding the conditions of his detention, the Commission said that 'Hamad was subjected to severe and brutal beating during his arrest by the Israeli jailers, as a result of which he sustained wounds and bruises, and he was not given any treatment.

As for the health condition of the prisoner Ashraf Sajidiya, he suffers from chronic hypertension and wounds due to the assault in the previous prison, where the jailers attacked him with batons all over his body. As a result, he suffered injuries in the head and feet and became unable to hear from his left ear, and he also suffers from nervous breakdowns and involuntarily grinds his teeth.

In a related context, the prisoners described the poor condition of the prisons, as many personal necessities and needs were not available to them, including the bad quality and quantity of food and clothes provided to them, and all electrical appliances were confiscated.

The Commission held the IPS fully responsible for the lives of the prisoners, and called on international institutions and human rights organizations to assume their role regarding the issue of prisoners, especially the sick among them.

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime releases Palestinian injured detainee Wafaa Jarrar

Thursday 30-May-2024

Jineen, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) decided on Wednesday to release the wounded prisoner Wafaa Jarrar, 49, two days after an administrative detention order (without any charges) was issued against her.

Her son, Hudthayfah Jarrar, said that Israel is trying to evade responsibility for his mother’s injury and treatment by transferring her to West Bank hospitals, noting that she underwent on Monday the amputation of both of her legs, adding that she has been suffering as well from an injury in the spine, which has not been diagnosed yet.

Last Monday, the IOAR issued a four-month detention order against the captive Jarrar, despite her critical health condition especially after the amputation.

Jarrar was detained and injured on May 21, in the recent Israeli military operation in Jineen city and its refugee camp.

Jarrar is a social and political activist who launched the gathering of martyrs’ mothers in Jineen before they expanded to include other districts in the West Bank, and the wife of the 'Hamas leader Abdul Jabbar Jarrar, who is administratively detained (without charges) in Israeli jails. She was also a candidate for the Palestinian Legislative Council’s elections scheduled in 2021 (but was stopped by the IOAR).

Massive fire at Ramallah market following Israeli teargas attack

Thursday 30-May-2024

RAMALLAH, (PIC)

A massive blaze broke out at the main vegetable market of Ramallah and Al-Beerih cities on Thursday morning after the Israeli occupation apartheid regime forces (IOARF) raided and attacked the area with tear gas canisters and stun grenades.

According to local sources, the IOF raided the area at dawn, throwing tear gas canisters and stun grenades, causing a fire to erupt, while no one was able to get to the area until the Israeli raid was over.

The Bireh municipality said that tear gas canisters caused the fire at the vegetable market and nearby buildings, adding that over 100 stores and stalls at the commercial complex were affected.

In addition to vegetables and fruits, this commercial zone is also used by merchants and vendors to sell clothes, sweets, household appliances and other commodities, according to the municipality.

The municipality also said that the IOF had prevented Palestinian firefighters from reaching the site to extinguish the flames for over an hour, which led the blaze to spread to other nearby buildings and businesses.
