In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves" (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Killing and Injuring of Palestinians in

(Gaza)
by Israeli Occupation Regime Forceshttp://english.wafa.ps/, https://english.palinfo.com/, https://imemc.org/, https://paltoday.ps/ar/ *** *** 'Hamas says it will move ahead with ceasefire understandings Thursday 13-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, has announced that it will continue to implement the ceasefire agreement in accordance to what was already signed, including the exchange of prisoners as scheduled. This came in a statement released by 'Hamas on Thursday following talks held by its delegation with mediators from Egypt and Qatar in Cairo to address ceasefire obstacles, including the Israeli ban on the entry of heavy machinery and mobile homes to Gaza. Describing the talks in Cairo as “positive,” 'Hamas said that the mediators were making efforts to remove all the obstacles to implement the ceasefire agreement to the fullest and close the gaps between the parties. “These talks came in the wake of successive Israeli violations,” 'Hamas said, adding that its delegation held a meeting in Cairo with Egypt’s intelligence chief 'Hasan Rashad and talked over the phone with Qatari prime minister Mohamed Al Thani. The delegation also held talks, during meetings and over the phone, with Egyptian and Qatari officials in charge of the ceasefire negotiations. Earlier today, 'Hamas said that it does not want the Gaza ceasefire agreement to collapse, signaling that a crisis threatening to unravel the truce could be avoided. Three more Israeli captives were scheduled for release in exchange for Palestinian prisoners on Saturday, but Hamas said this week that it was suspending their handover after the Israeli occupation government failed to honor all the ceasefire understandings. “We are not interested in the collapse of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, and we are keen on implementing it and ensuring that the occupation (Israel) will abide to it fully,” 'Hamas spokesman Abdul-Latif Al-Qanu' said. “The language of threat and intimidation used by US president Donald Trump and Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu does not serve the implementation of the ceasefire agreement,” Qanu' stressed. He pointed out that mediators were exerting pressure for the ceasefire deal to be fully implemented by the Israeli occupation, especially the humanitarian protocol, in order to resume the exchange of prisoners on Saturday. *** 'Hamas: Contacts underway with mediators to complete the ceasefire deal Wednesday 12-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Resistance Movement, 'Hamas, said on Wednesday that contacts are underway with mediators to complete the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. “Contacts are underway with mediating countries to complete the implementation of the ceasefire agreement,” 'Hamas spokesperson Hazim Qasim said in a press release. “There are efforts by mediators to compel the Israeli occupation to implement the terms of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza,” Qasim said. The spokesman emphasized the need for Israel to adhere to the ceasefire agreement to ensure the release of prisoners and compliance with the agreed-upon humanitarian protocol. Qasim accused Israel of “evading the implementation of many provisions of the ceasefire agreement,” stressing that his Movement would not accept “the language of American and Israeli threats.” Earlier in the day, a delegation led by Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya arrived in Cairo to discuss the ceasefire deal with Egyptian officials. *** Al-Quds Brigades: The fate of remaining captives depends on Netanyahu’s actions Thursday 13-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad, said on Wednesday that the fate of Israeli captives held in the Gaza Strip is linked to the actions of premier Benjamin Netanyahu. Spokesman for al-Quds Brigades Abu Hamza said on Telegram that prisoner exchanges are the only way to release the Israeli captives and restore stability, holding the Israeli occupation regime responsible for any possible escalation. “The Palestinian factions have fulfilled their obligations to the fullest, while the enemy (Israel) has left its prisoners in a whirlpool of danger and uncertainty,” Abu Hamza, added. The spokesman added that the Israeli government is responsible for the consequences of its failure to fulfill its obligations under the ceasefire agreement. “We are committed to all aspects of the ceasefire agreement as long as the enemy abides by its terms,” he added. Al-Quds Brigades also released a video showing Israeli soldier Arbel Yehud and her fellow citizen Gadi Moses as well as five Thais with a message saying they “were released only through an exchange deal, so what about the rest?” ****** *** Death toll in Gaza climbs to 48,239 Thursday 13-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of 14 martyrs, who were reported missing during the war. Three wounded citizens also succumbed to injuries they sustained during the war, while two others were injured by Israeli gunfire today, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Thursday. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 48,239 martyrs, the health ministry stated. The ministry added that the number of the wounded also surged to 111,676 people. Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip. *** PPS says Gaza detainees are tortured and abused in the Israeli occupation regime prisons Thursday 13-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Palestinian detainees from the Gaza Strip have given testimonies revealing more details about their exposure to different Israeli violations during their detention and after their transfer to the Israeli occupation regime prisons. “These testimonies are part of dozens of statements obtained by prisoner organizations after visiting many Gazan detainees over the past period,” the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said in a statement on Wednesday. PPS said that 18 detainees from Gaza were recently visited in the Negev jail and Sde Teiman detention camp, adding that one of them suffered fractures in his arms and was abused while being tied up. According to PPS, these testimonies conveyed a picture of the brutality, torture, deprivation, humiliation, and starvation the Gaza detainees have been enduring since their detention. PPS pointed out that many Gazan detainees, who were kidnaped over one year ago, still do not know anything about the fate of their families. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý A Palestinian man shot dead by the IOFs after an alleged car-ramming at an Israeli checkpoint in the West Bank Thursday 13-February-2025 NABLUS, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) killed a Palestinian young man on Thursday morning after opening fire at his car near the 'Huwara checkpoint in southern Nablus, claiming that he attempted to carry out a ramming attack. They said that Israeli soldiers manning the permanently staffed Atara checkpoint rounded up a 24-year-old 'Aysha Nasir from Umm Saffa village, west of Ramallah. The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said that Nasser is a former prisoner who was first arrested while in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on April 18, 2023 before being released on bail. Earlier today, the Israeli special forces abducted a Palestinian from the Ramallah city neighborhood of Ramallah Al-Ta'hta and four others in multiple raids across the Ramallah governorate. The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without a search warrant whenever and wherever the military chooses, in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. According to the latest figures from Al-Dhameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, there are currently 10,000 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 365 child prisoners and 15 female prisoners. This number includes approximately 3,369 Palestinians placed under “administrative detention”, which allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing. The mass arrest of Palestinians is nothing new. According to a 2017 report by Al-Dhameer, over the past 50 years, more than 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned or detained by Israel, this figure is now believed to be closer to 1 million. This means that about 40% of Palestinian men and boys living under military occupation have been deprived of their freedom. Almost every Palestinian family has suffered the imprisonment of a loved one. It pointed out that the number of detainees and those who were detained in Jenin and its camp over the course of 24 days of aggression amounted to no less than 150, while in Toulkarm Governorate and for the 18th day, the number of detentions amounted to at least 125, while the number of detentions in Tubas, which the aggression continued for 17 days, amounted to at least 100 cases, in addition to the dozens who were subjected to field investigation in the aforementioned governorates, adding that the detentions were accompanied by severe beatings and systematic abuse of detainees and their families, in addition to the threats that constitute organized terrorism against citizens. The PPS noted that the occupation forces adopted a set of policies in various areas where the aggression has escalated, the most prominent of which are field executions, assassinations, and systematic field investigations that have targeted dozens of families, in addition to detaining citizens as hostages, and turning homes into military outposts, after forcing their owners to leave them and move to other areas, saying that targeting homes was not only by turning them into military barracks, noting to the deliberate destruction of infrastructure. It pointed out that field investigations today constitute the most prominent policy implemented by the occupation in various governorates of the West Bank, without exception, specifically in towns and camps, during which thousands have been targeted in addition to organized arrest operations, and based on information documented by the Prisoners Club, the occupation army, when storming homes for the purpose of field investigation, forces families to leave the house, and carries out acts of terrorism against them, and acts of sabotage and destruction inside homes, before the arrest or detention process later, as a form of revenge policy, or collective punishment. M.N. *** Jineen: Israeli military aggression continues as infrastructure destroyed Jineen, February 13, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation continues the aggression on the city of Jineen and its camp for the twenty-fourth consecutive day, killing 25 Palestinians, leaving dozens of injuries, and massive destruction of infrastructure and property. Assistant Governor of Jenin Governorate Mansour Al-Sa'di said that the occupation completely destroyed about 120 houses in Jenin camp, in addition to burning and blowing up homes and property of citizens in the neighborhoods of Al-Damj, Al-'Alloub, Al-Bishr, Al-Hawasheen, and Jourat Al-Dthahab. He added that the occupation forced about 20,000 civilian to flee Jineen refugee camp, where it completely emptied it, while it continues to send military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers to the city and the surroundings of the camp. WAFA correspondent said that the occupation continues to pave new streets and roads deep in the camp, as it published pictures from Al-Damj neighborhood of signs placed by the occupation army along the streets written in Hebrew, whereas it is said that they are the names of streets that have been expanded or opened. Meanwhile, Jenin Municipality crews, in cooperation with the governorate and private companies, were able to rehabilitate the street of Jenin Governmental Hospital, which the occupation bulldozers are continuously and almost daily destroying during the ongoing aggression. According to the director of Jineen Hospital, Wisam Bakr, the hospital is still suffering from a shortage of water due to the destruction of the water networks leading to the hospital. He added that medical staff are having difficulty entering and exiting the hospital due to the bulldozing of the street leading to it, and that the hospital departments are operating at a minimum level as citizens fear reaching the hospital, which has occupation vehicles in front of its gates on a daily basis. In turn, the Red Crescent paramedic Murad Khamaysa said that the ambulance crews are facing difficulties in entering the camp and transporting the injured, as the occupation is obstructing their entry, adding that ambulances are facing difficulty in passing through the streets due to their complete bulldozing and destruction. He added that the ambulance crews are trying to transport the injured in small vehicles, especially in the heavily destroyed neighborhoods. Yesterday, three citizens were injured by the occupation forces' bullets in Jineen refugee camp, one of them was a 50-year-old man, while another was transferred after being assaulted. Last night, the Red Crescent crews transferred a child from the Jalama military checkpoint who was being held by the occupation forces. He is in good condition. The occupation forces detained a civilian from the eastern neighborhood after raiding one of the buildings, and detained several citizens. The occupation forces are also deployed in Mara'h neighborhood in the city, as a drone flew over the area, while its vehicles are stationed on the street connecting the city of Jineen and the town of 'Arrana, where they detained citizens' vehicles and checked the identities of their owners, while the occupation forces stormed the town of Arraba, south of Jineen, and combed its streets. According to the prisoners' institutions, the number of detainees and prisoners in Jenin has reached 110 Palestinians, and this number is subject to increase on a daily basis due to the continuation of the aggression. K.T. *** Day 18 of Aggression: Toulkarm remains under Israeli attack Toulkarm, February 13, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces continue the aggression on the city of Toulkarm and its camp for the 18th consecutive day and the fifth day on the Nour Shams camp, as the siege, raids on homes and forced displacement of citizens, accompanied by a wide-scale arrest campaign, continue. This ongoing aggression has led to widespread destruction of infrastructure and property, and forced thousands of civilians to flee their homes in the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps at gunpoint. This morning, the occupation forces detained a number of young men from the Dthannaba suburb east of the city after raiding their homes. Last night, the occupation forces sent more military reinforcements to the city and its camps, and deployed infantry soldiers in the streets and neighborhoods, amidst extensive combing and search operations, concentrated in the eastern and northern neighborhoods of the city, in addition to the alleys of the two camps. The occupation forces continue imposing the siege on the eastern neighborhood of the city, specifically Al-Muqata'a Street and Abu Safiya Junction, and seize residential buildings and turn them into military outposts. They also knock on the doors of homes, prevent citizens from leaving and moving, and restrict them inside their homes and even prevent them from opening the windows. At the same time, the occupation forces fired live bullets intensively and randomly in Toulkarm refugee camp, specifically in the airport neighborhood, while raiding homes and wreaking destruction and vandalism in them, while continuing to seize a number of them and turn them into military barracks and sniper locations. The suffering of civilians who have not left their homes on the outskirts of the camp is exacerbated as a result of the tight siege and continuous attacks on the camp. Their appeals for the delivery of food supplies, drinking water, medicines and baby milk, continue, in light of the worsening humanitarian suffering resulting from the interruption of all basic services such as water, electricity and communications after the occupation destroyed the camp's infrastructure. In Nour Shams camp, the occupation bulldozers continue to demolish homes and destroy the infrastructure inside its neighborhoods, specifically Al-Manshiya, coinciding with the firing of live bullets and huge explosions. The demolition and destruction coincided with the occupation imposing a tight siege on the camp and its outskirts, turning it into a military barracks, raiding and vandalizing homes, and forcing their residents to leave them by threats and intimidation, at a time when the camp is witnessing a large wave of displacement of residents, including women, children and the elderly, enduring the hardships of moving on foot amidst the great destruction of the streets, rain and severe cold on the one hand, and the intimidation of the occupation, which is firing heavily on the other hand, exposing them to danger. Yesterday, the occupation forces used the loudspeakers of the camp mosque in the Al-'Iyada neighborhood to demand that citizens evacuate their homes and leave them immediately. Additionally, Israeli occupation forces continue to close the gate of the Jabara Bridge at the southern entrance to the city of Toulkarm, separating it from the villages of Al-Kafriyat for the sixth consecutive day. K.T. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Qatar sends additional 15 million liters of fuel to Gaza Wednesday 12-February-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Qatar announces it will double the amount of fuel it is transferring to Gaza as hundreds of thousands of Palestinians live in tents in harsh weather. The Gulf country is “supplying the Gaza Strip with 15 million liters of fuel, bringing total Qatari fuel support to 30 million liters,” the official Qatar News Agency reported. A truce brokered by Qatari, Egyptian and US mediators came into force on January 19, pausing fighting in the 15-month war that devastated the Palestinian enclave. On January 20, Qatar said it would send 1.25 million liters of fuel per day to Gaza for 10 days. Israel controls everything that enters or leaves the Gaza Strip, and it has imposed severe restrictions on goods that it considers could be used for military purposes, including fuel. Hospitals, in particular, are short of fuel. The UN agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, estimated in November that it needed some 160,000 liters of fuel per day for its basic humanitarian operations in Gaza. The Israeli war on Gaza has caused a dire humanitarian crisis and the collapse of the already fragile health system in the besieged Palestinian territory. *** UNICEF expresses concern over conditions of West Bank children due to Israeli aggression AMMAN, February 13, 2025 (WAFA) – UNICEF expressed its deep concern over the deteriorating conditions of Palestinian children in the West Bank as a result of the aggression of the Israeli occupation forces. According to the organization's official website, the organization's regional director, Edouard Beigbeder, condemned last night all forms of violence against children, calling for an immediate cessation of "armed actions" in the West Bank. According to reports, 13 Palestinian children were killed in the West Bank during the first two months of 2025, including seven children who were killed since January 19, while 195 children were killed in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, representing a 200 percent increase compared to the previous period. Beigbeder pointed out that the aggression, especially in Jenin, led to widespread destruction of infrastructure, causing power and water outages, while thousands of families were displaced from refugee camps. He pointed out that education has been disrupted in about 100 schools, which has exacerbated the psychological and social burdens on children, stressing the need to ensure safe access to humanitarian aid and protect civilians, and warned that the worsening crisis requires the parties to adhere to international humanitarian law and seek a permanent political solution.
