While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Tuesday 7-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) committed a new massacre against Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip by bombing a residential house in the Jabalya area, north of the Strip on Tuesday evening.

Local and medical sources reported that eight Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli strike on a house in the old Gaza Street in Jabalya Al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that the Israeli warplanes bombed the Ray'han family house in Jabalya Al-Balad, north of Gaza.

The Israeli occupation forces execute a Palestinian prisoner after using him as a human shield

Wednesday 8-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli newspaper, Haaretz, revealed that an Israeli Nahhal brigade commander killed a Palestinian prisoner who was used as a human shield to inspect buildings in the southern Gaza Strip.

The newspaper pointed out in an investigative report that the liquidation was carried out immediately after the commander noticed the presence of the Palestinian prisoner, claiming he did not know that the prisoner was sent by the army, which officially confirmed the details of the incident.

Late June, Al-Jazeera received special footages showing Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) using Palestinian prisoners, including wounded people, as human shields during fighting in the Gaza Strip.

The footages show prisoners tied up, with cameras installed on their bodies, while they were forcibly entering destroyed houses for military inspection purposes.

In a related context, at least 54 identified Palestinian prisoners have been martyred in Israeli occupation prisons since the start of the extermination war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, according to Detainees and Ex-detainees Affairs Commission and Palestinian Prisoner Society.

The two institutions revealed, in a joint statement, issued on Tuesday, marking the Palestinian Martyr Day, which falls on January 7, that 35 of the identified martyrs among prisoners are from the Gaza Strip, while no information on dozens of other Gazan martyrs has been released.

The statement pointed out that 291 identified prisoners have been martyred since 1967, other than those who died as a result of field executions.

The statement also indicated that there are 63 captive martyrs whose bodies have been held in Israel’s custody, including 52 since the start of the war, while dozens of martyrs of Gaza detainees are still subjected to enforced disappearance.

Since the start of the Israeli genocidal war in the Gaza Strip, many prisoners’ testimonies have confirmed the martyrdom of prisoners from the Gaza Strip due to brutal torture in Israeli occupation prisons, in addition to the policy of medical neglect.

The number of Palestinian prisoners recognized by Israeli Prison Service by early December, has surged to more than 10,300, while the crime of enforced disappearance against hundreds of Gazan detainees continues.

Among the prisoners there are 90 women, at least 345 children, and 3,428 administrative detainees.

UNRWA: Hospitals in Gaza have become death traps

Wednesday 8-January-2025

NEW YORK, (PIC)

The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said on Wednesday “Hospitals in Gaza have become death traps.”

UNRWA explained, in a post on X, that families in Gaza are torn apart, children are dying of cold, and hunger is cutting lives short, demanding an immediate ceasefire in the Strip.

UNRWA’s statements come in light of the ongoing bombing and direct targeting of hospitals, in an effort to eliminate the health system in the north and south of the Strip, as the three public hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip, Kamal 'Udwan, Bait 'Hanoun, and the Indonesian Hospital, have gone out of service, due to the escalating Israeli aggression.

Only 14 out of 36 hospitals in Gaza are now operating, while facing severe shortage of supplies, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Illegal Israeli settlers build an illegal Israeli settlement road east of Nablus

Wednesday 8-January-2025

NABLUS, (PIC)

The illegal Israeli settlers have begun to build an illegal Israeli settlement road connecting the Alon illegal settlement road, near occupied Nablus, to an illegal Israeli settlement outposts they established after the Israeli occupation apartheid regime had launched the war of genocide on Gaza.

Bulldozers operated by settlers have started to carve out a new road between the village of Tana, east of Nablus, and the central Jordan Valley. Researcher Ra-id Muqadi from the Land Research Center reported that settlers began to prepare the road connecting the village of Tana to the town of Bait Foureek and the central Jordan Valley, covering approximately one and a half kilometers. The aim is to create a link between the Alon road and the new settlement outpost established by settlers on the lands of Khirbet Tana after the war on the Gaza Strip, to serve settlement activities in that area.

Muqadi noted that the road that settlers began to prepare was reopened by the Israeli occupation authority in 2020, which then installed an iron gate on it. The road was closed since the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2000. The measure was meant to facilitate the movement of military vehicles between the Jordan Valley, Bait Foureek, and Tana.

He pointed out that the road has been open for over 50 years and was used by farmers to travel between the Jordan Valley and Bait Foureek.

On another note, a Jewish settler ran over a school student on Wednesday in the village of Al-Manshiyah south of Bethlehem. Local sources reported that a settler hit the child, Mousa 'Ali Sala'hat (12 years old), near the village entrance as he was leaving school, before fleeing the scene.

The sources added that the child was transferred to Al-Yamamah Hospital in Al-Khadir, where he will undergo surgery, after sustaining fractures and bruises.

Israeli authorities force Jerusalemite to demolish his own house

Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), January 8, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime forced a Palestinian Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) to demolish his home in Wadi Al-Rababa neighborhood in Silwan town, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

Shadi Samreen said that the Israeli occupation  municipality notified him of the demolition of his home under the pretext of building without a permit, which prompted him to demolish it himself, to avoid the exorbitant costs imposed by the municipality if it carried out the demolition.

He explained that he has been living in the house since 2014, along with his wife and three children.

Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem say they are forced to build without permit because the Israeli municipality rarely issues permits to the city’s original Palestinian citizens as a way to reduce their number by forcing them to leave it and find accommodation and work elsewhere.

'Hamdan: If it is not possible to form a Palestinian national unity government, a national administration is necessary

Tuesday 7-January-2025

ALGIERS, (PIC)

Member of the Hamas political bureau, Osama 'Hamdan, has reiterated his Movement’s position on the ceasefire talks.

'Hamdan said in a press conference that the Movement’s position remained unchanged amid ceasefire negotiations.

“Our position is the necessity of a ceasefire, the withdrawal of the occupation, the exchange of prisoners, and the reconstruction of Gaza without conditions,” he said.

“We will not consider any statement about the deal serious before we see the agreement ready and signed.”

The only solution to realize the rights of Palestinians, he said, is to engage militarily with Israel and force its retreat.

“The message of the resistance is that it will continue on the same path and nothing will weaken its resolve,” he said.

On the other hand, 'Hamdan emphasized the need for unified Palestinian leadership during this critical transitional period.

“We want a national consensus government to be the gateway to managing Palestinian affairs in this transitional phase until the Palestinian people decide to choose their leadership,” 'Hamdan stated.

“If it is not possible to form a national unity government, we will not accept anything less than forming a Palestinian national administration for the Gaza Strip,” he said.

Fuel shortage halts health services at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younus

Wednesday 8-January-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Nasir Medical Complex announced the complete suspension of health services provided at the complex, except for critical departments, which include intensive care, emergency operations, dialysis, the oxygen station, and lighting in the emergency department.

The medical complex announced in a press release on Wednesday that this decision was made due to the depletion of fuel, confirming that all generators at the complex have stopped, with only a small generator currently operational.

It was noted that the amount of fuel available in the complex is sufficient to run the small generator for only three hours, warning of a humanitarian and health disaster threatening the lives of patients who could suffocate on their ICU beds.

The complex emphasized that it needs 5,500 liters of diesel daily to ensure the continuation of medical services.

It appealed to international organizations and entities for urgent intervention to provide fuel to guarantee the ongoing delivery of medical services.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
